I started taking this Magnesium when I received it but it really takes time to feel and difference after starting something new. I know magnesium is good for you I was already taking a different one, but there are several types of magnesium and I’m sure this one will be a good addition to my vitamins and minerals that I’m taking.

I have always taken this, but switching to the members mark brand didn't miss a beat. The tablets are smaller than the other brand I had which is nice. They don't leave a gross taste in your mouth. Works as described.

Good packaging, clear instructions on the label, and is pretty simple to do overall. The pills are large, but easy to take. Vitamins are a long-term process so I did not experience dramatic change overnight, but in general I have been getting better sleep and feel as though I have more energy throughout the day.

I started taking the Member's Mark Magnesium Glycinate one week ago with no expectation. I sleep poorly and have tried many products with no results.  After taking this for a few days, I can tell a difference!   I now sleep peacefully and my mind is quieter at night.  Only downside is wish pill was smaller for easy to swallow. Haven’t had any side effects from this brand.  And as a bonus it has helped my indigestion.  Effectiveness is satisfaction for me!

These supplements are reported to calm the nerves and settle the mind. I find that they do indeed seem to help after having taking them for a few weeks. The tablets are similar in size to multivitamins and easy to swallow. Definitely worth the money for a bit of peace of mind!

If you take a magnesium supplement daily, magnesium glycinate is the better form that is is taken since it is well tolerated by most people and has vey minimal side effects. I'm an older person in my 50s and this supplement helps me with sleep and also with some muscle soreness. I think the potential benefits of taking this supplement outweighs the minimal risks especially if you do not get enough magnesium from your diet. Need to take (2) tablets which is typical on most supplements.

I have been using this magnesium supplement for 2 weeks. I have found that I am sleeping better and have more energy. I didn’t notice an after taste. The pills are big but they weren’t hard to sallow. I would recommend this supplement and plan to continue to use it.

I started taking these for bone health. Member’s Mark Magnesium Glycinate tablets come in a 90 day supply bottle which is convenient. In my opinion, the Magnesium Glycinate tablets are coated which makes them easy to swallow despite they are a large size (photo for comparison). Also, they do not have a bitter aftertaste as some supplement tablets do.

This has helped me with sleep. For me it helps me fall asleep and be able to go back to sleep once being woken by my kids through out the night. The pill itself is huge but isn’t difficult to swallow . The amount that come in this bottle is at a great price too. So overall, Helps with sleep, Easy to swallow, Price is great, But it is a tad big, I can only swallow one at a time.

I use the product exactly as directed. I can say with confidence that it did not have any negative side effects and I was pleased with how easy it was to swallow and did not leave any aftertaste. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in trying it out.
