I like that this product supports heart, bone, nerve and muscle health. The magnesium is also good for combating headaches. I also like that the tablets are easy on the stomach. These are available for a very reasonable price at Sam's.

This product was easy to swallow, but the instructions say to take with food. I had a hard time remembering to take this product when eating. I was hoping that this product would provide sleeping benefits but I didn’t notice any difference.

Thought I try this out for Ranauds. Looks good so far but causes excessive sweating especially overnight. So reduced the dosage to once a day.

I almost choked on these massive horse pills. I've never had an issue swallowing pills before - maybe because these are so huge as well as chalky, so they stick in your throat? I tried cutting them in half, but they end-up still being relatively large, as well as sharp/pointy after cutting. Just could NOT swallow them. What a waste. They should make them half the size and double the number of pills per bottle. I'd rather take twice as many pills than risk choking.

Loved these supplements worked so great for anxiety, sleeping %26 tension but now there no where to be found in stores!! hopefully they don’t take them %26 bring these back to all stores!!

These turned out to be pills, not capsules. Their size makes them impossible to swallow. Even cutting them in half still leaves then too large to swallow. Why would you even sell something like this?

If you have been taking Nature Made MG 200mg to help with sleep you may be disappointed as these do not give the same effects. Compare the ingredients list between the two, that may be the key.

It seems like everyday I've taken these I've had runny bowel movements constantly everyday. What's the other kind I was using I never had that problem

I like to take it about an hour before bedtime to help me get relaxed and tired for a good nights sleep.
