[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a washer/dryer combo is so convenient for our family! We have three teenagers and four dogs, so lots of laundry gets done in our home. We also have busy careers so not having to remember to transfer the laundry (or remind our teens to) is wonderful. It’s so nice to just use the AI wash feature, our stuff has come out great every time! You also don’t have to put soap in every single time which makes it faster too. The only thing to watch for is when cleaning the lint trap, you have to make sure you slide it back together properly. You also have to be conscious of cleaning out the drain filter occasionally, ours fills up faster because of the dog hair. We love this so much we want to buy a second one!

I received my new washer/dryer combo last week and I have never been more excited to do laundry! I have always used top load washers, but the newer HE versions tend to leave white residue on my dark clothes. The switch to this front load LG combo couldn't have been easier! No residue on my clothes, energy efficient and nice looking. The ventless design allows for easy cleanup on top of the machine and it saved space in my small laundry room. The set it and go option is a game changer. No more spending hours waiting to switch clothes over when this model does it automatically!

Our clothing comes out smelling very fresh and appear to be cleaner than my prior machine's capabilities. When using the wash/dry function, i like the different options you have to alter settings. The load size definitely plays a role in how dry the clothes are after the cycle ends. Be careful how large of a load size you add. The functionality of the machine is easy to use and pretty straightforward. I like that you can stop a cycle at any point to add/remove items. This isn't a feature I had on my older machine and it's great! The drum size is big enough to wash my comforter with no issues. Drying takes a bit longer but not too bad!

As a family of 5, with 3 teen kids active in sports and activities, laundry is never ending. we do won a traditional LG washer and separate dryer that we have owned for over 15 years and still works great. We added this washer/dryer combo and it has effectively gotten my oldest to do her own laundry. No longer are there fights over who uses the washing machine and when. Not to mention having to deal with forgotten clothes in the washer. With the detergent and softener preload feature plus the automatic dry after a wash, doing laundry has been a breeze for the kids. I truly have never seen them be so proactive about their laundry and it has made our lives so much easier. My only complaint is the dryer can take longer than the conventional gas dryer. There have been times when we have to dry for more time because the clothes are damp. Overall, a great addition to our laundry duties and a foolproof process for kids.

Ok… like you I read reviews before purchasing the LG All in One washer dryer. I did not heed the warnings. After 3 weeks of use (just my husband and my laundry- light loads), the dryer timer stopped functioning correctly and never turned off. While I wait on resolution, (because there is no LG repairman in my area) I can still use my machine, however, I must put on wash only, then manually set the dryer. The dryer is no longer drying efficiently. Liquid soap dispenser doesn’t always dispense. Cleaning this monster is quite a process. I cannot access one of the filters the directions say to clean because there are NO screws to remove that said filter/coils!!! I’m believing the dryer isn’t as efficient because I cannot access that area at all! What a shame! Purchased in late May. Still waiting for LG to resolve this. I just want a refund.

We have found the unit to function well. Longer dry times for larger loads and heavier fabrics. We love that we can load our laundry and approximately 2hrs later it's washed and dried and ready to fold. We had a few missteps at first but following the directions provided in manual helped resolve our issues. I believe in my new washer dryer and look forward to our next LG product.

I’ve only had this WashCombo for a few days, but with five kids, I’ve already put it to work. Seems to wash amazingly, clothes seem cleaner and smell fresher which is great. The clothes always have to go through the Dry cycle multiple times before I can fold and put away. At this rate it's a good thing there is only 2 in the household. Definitely been frustrating. I Do like the multiple selections and the choices I have.

My first load, what a happy success! The unit was easy to understand and use. Literally, just set it and forget it. No user delays to switch load between washer and dryer. Machine was surprisingly quiet too. Result: perfectly washed and dried load! No more delays between wash and dry cycles. Just start it and then return when you want to find a perfectly wash and dry load.
