I’ve only had this WashCombo for a few days, but with five kids, I’ve already put it to work. The capacity is definitely a lifesaver, I can toss in way more clothes in one load instead of running back and forth switching loads all day. The ventless drying is pretty convenient since I didn’t have to deal with installing a vent. One thing I really like is how quiet it is. I can have it running while the kids are asleep, and it doesn’t feel like a plane is taking off in my house. The controls took a little getting used to, and I had to play around with the settings to figure out what worked best, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been solid. This was the perfect solution for our family as we were limited in space.

I can put my clothes in there set the cycle and don't worry about. You can also check the app to check on cycles. It also sends updates. The only thing i wish there was a low heat temperature but i use the energysaver mode. Overall, i love the room i can save also..

I was very skeptical about utilizing a unit that performed washing and drying in a single unit. One of my biggest pet peeves is mildew stench from wet clothes, so I was reserved that a single unit, after washing, could completely dry my clothes. I put this bad boy to the test today and have been washing all heavy linens, and like a pro my new LG all in one unit handled, cleaned, and made my linens fresh as new in just about 2 hours. The smart sensing app knew just how much time to dry and sent me a notification though my LG ThinQ smart app when my clothes were done. This unit is by far next level. If you are a skeptic like me, trust me this made me a believer 1000%. Thanks again LG for your futuristic technology making my life just that much easier

But the cycles never stop running, even after the clothes are dry and hot. Have to manually stop each run or it will just keep running wasting electricity. The timer will count down to 6 minutes and just sit there. The washer is not overloaded, washing a medium load of shirts. Happens on every run. Feels like a step backwards.

For those night owls like me, who might put in a load of laundry after 11:00 pm, and then start to "rest our eyes for a few minutes" only to wake up hours later and have to go down to the laundry room in the small hours of the morning or risk a mildew scent on our clothes from leaving them damp in the washer -- the combo is a game-changer. All I need to do is dump the laundry into the tub and press start. Within about 2 hrs, wash and dry is complete and that's it! The design is sleek, space-saving and easy to install. It runs quietly and drying is gentle enough not to damage the clothes. I can remotely control the unit and also get reminders from the app once the cycle is done. With the ezdispense feature you can fill the dispenser once in a while so you don’t have to every time you do the laundry-- how convenient! The auto cleaning condenser is also neat, allowing me to clean the filter without having to touch it! It’s fully equipped with the features that I've always wanted. Highly recommend it.
