Cutting edge technology
I bought this washer and dryer combo about a month ago. It washes and dries perfectly. I love that I can put a table where the dryer used to be and organize dried clothing. Also, the washing and drying noise is almost non-existent, so it doesn't bother me at all when I listen to music in my master bedroom next to the laundry room.
Thanks for your great feedback! This model is designed for efficiency and convenience, and we're glad you're loving the quiet operation and space-saving design. If you're looking to enhance your laundry setup even more, check out our LG Styler which reduces wrinkles, and sanitizing fabrics. Thanks for choosing LG! ^Jose
Preferred over the GE for ease of use and quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the GE all in one. It’s got a more compact design than the bulky (and shaky) GE. The LG is quieter, more efficient lint filter, easier to use drain for maintenance, and dries well. I do miss the slightly damp feature on GE which left clothes feeling nice and silky after shaking out bc I think the LG can feel too dry at times and clothes feel a bit crunchy, but we prefer LG for ease of use and maintenance. Once, the hose wasn’t installed far enough down and it kept triggering a blocked drain error, that’s the only issue we have had.
Washing & Drying Just got Easier !
I am So pleased with this super sleek, convenient, Easy to use Washer. Dryer Combo. I don't have to take clothes in and out after each cycle and not to mention, my children LOVE doing their laundry on their own now that they can reach. It’s not Loud at all which is really nice! It’s also so helpful for a busy Mama like myself who has to take care of the Kids, Work, and make time for the piled up laundry. Anything that makes Mamas job easier, Sign me up !

So far, so good!
So far, so good! I tested the AI generated wash cycle first, that was 4-5 hours! Have since switched to the wash+dry cycle, 3.5 hours. So, that’s pretty comparable with my old machines. Lint trap is a breeze to clean. I connected to the LGThinq app and got some custom screens and melodies for the different seasons. It also does not make my laundry room a sauna. Now, I can move my dog beds in there without a worry of them overheating.

JUNK
Works ok for a couple months then keeps having issues with drying. Cleaned all filters and still does same thing. Loads that took 3 hours now take 7-8 hours to finish. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. BAD DESIGN, NEED TO RECALL ALL OF THEM OR FIX THEM. NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO FIX PROBLEM. SEARCH IT AND YOU WILL SEE!

Love my new LG WashCombo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a house with limited laundry room space, the LG WashCombo's compact design is a game-changer. It allows us to maximize space without sacrificing functionality. With a busy household, the ability to wash and dry clothes in one machine is incredibly convenient. It streamlines our laundry routine and saves us time, especially when tackling multiple loads in a day. We've noticed a decrease in our utility bills since switching to the LG WashCombo. Its energy-efficient features help reduce water and electricity usage, which is beneficial for both the environment and our wallet. The machine offers a variety of wash and dry cycles to accommodate different fabric types and soil levels. It's versatile enough to handle everything from kids' messy play clothes to delicate garments without issue. The controls are intuitive, making it easy for everyone in the family to operate the machine. We appreciate features like smartphone compatibility, which allows us to monitor and control laundry remotely.
Disappointed
Disappointed. When it works it’s great unfortunately that’s about half of the time. Door leaks with a heavy load dry times are very long with towels and blankets. The lint trap system is terrible and if it isn’t cleaned for 10 minutes every time it’s used it will fault to and run forever until you turn it off. The design of the lint trap system is terrible and to take it apart it feels like it will break on reassembly. My last LG washer we bought in 2008 and is still going.

Washer, maybe. Dryer, no!
I've been hoodwinked. All these ecstatic (incentivized?) reviews here and elsewhere like YouTube convinced me to pay a premium for this product. After installation, I was excited to give AI Wash & Dry a try. I gave it a whirl and was met with a damp bundle of clothes. Not sure how this got past QA, if they even bothered with it. I guess the "Washer/Dryer" combo was too good to be true (although great for marketing). Some features, like WiFi to track progress on your phone, is nice, but it seems LG was so enamored with all these peripheral features that they forgot to deliver a quality washer and (most especially) dryer. I suppose all I can do at this point is try to figure out how I'm going to return it, and warn others against buying it.
Hey there, thanks a lot for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate it. Must Have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found this to be a great washer dryer combo being it is only 110 is a be pluse and vent less is even better. It has given me a lot of room in the laundry room being I only need one unit. I have used it and the app with the auto fill for the soap and softner I have seen and smelled the diffrents in the stuff I have washed and dryed the up keep is great and very simlpe. I have and will keep recommending this unit to others. The load size is great I have washed a king size blanket with out a issue.
