[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rating: 4/5 I think this All-in-One unit is a great concept, but the execution could be improved. The cleaning performance has been an upgrade from our previous unit and the auto dispensing detergent has been such a nice convenience. Cycle notifications from the app are great for reminding me that my laundry is done or if I need to run a Tub Clean cycle. One minor feature Inwould like to see added is the light comes on when you open the washer. The only time it will come on automatically is when the load is done. Despite the great performance on the washer side, the Drying side leaves much to be desired. If I'm running a small to medium load then the drying has been fine, but when I run bulkier items then it takes forever to complete. I've also experienced with towels that they can get stuck to the drum and after drying they come out like they've been fried. I think if LG could improve performance with larger loads then I would give this product a higher rating.

We love this washer/dryer combo! It's so nice to have a combined system that takes up so much less space and our clothes dries is as fast as 2 hours sometimes, depending on the setting. I also love to sleek design of it, it looks so nice and modern in our laundry closet.

LG washer/dryer all in one unit I’ve had the LG all in one washer/dryer unit for approximately 3 weeks.  I absolutely love it!  We are a busy family and this unit has been such a time saver for us.  I love that I can fill the detergent and fabric softener and it will automatically dispense the amounts needing for the size laundry load.  I’ve also found that I can do larger loads of laundry after fully reading the instruction on how to properly place my laundry into the machine.  This also insures that my laundry is fully dry at the end of the cycle; it also helped with our laundry from being as wrinkled.  And my top feature is the keep fresh, it will keep your laundry smelling fresh if you forget your laundry in the unit which happens at my home often!  The LG app has also been very helpful.  Having a QR code on the machine was very helpful in connecting the unit to the LG app.  Once one the app you can change settings,  see how much time is remaining ,  change the detergent and fabric softer amounts if you don’t want the automatic setting.  Overall I am extremely pleased with the unit as well as the LG app.

The machine had been great! You put everything in 1 machine soap and clothes then forget. Load takes about 2 hours but it's done when you return. Don't have to worry about wet clothes left in washing machine anymore. My husband is son of dry cleaners business and thinks it's a wonderful invention.

We have given this new technology and expensive washer dryer over six months trial. Not only does it not dry, but it also doesn’t drain. We have contacted LG, and they have provided little to know, insightful technical assistance to resolve our problem. As you can expect, are considerations for LG products in the future is low.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit does a great job washing and drying, with only our king size quilt needing extra drying time. Living in Phoenix, our low humidity probably helps with drying compared to what other reviewers have experienced. I really like that it only needs a 120v outlet and doesn't need venting. Since it's ventless, we're not wasting energy to heat already air-conditioned air and blow it out the roof. Switching to a single combo unit has also opened up a lot of space in our laundry room. Not having to leave the door open to dry is another huge plus. This washer/dryer combo works best for people who like to run loads overnight or while they're away. If you prefer to do all your laundry in one day, this machine might not be the right fit for you. The biggest downside I've found is having to clean the condenser coils every so often. You have to unscrew a few screws, remove a couple parts, and peel off the lint that's gotten past the screen and onto the coils. This was not mentioned in the manual. I only learned about it after LG texted me. My guess is they didn't plan on it being a regular maintenance item, or they would've made it easier to do.

I have received the LG WashCombo, and using it for about 2 weeks. It has amazing features like built in AI technology that I do not need to select the right options every time, Easy Fill feature also great it dispenses the perfect amount of the detergent or the softener for each round and I just need to refill when its empty.(I did not know I used to use more than I need) Most of all, it saves huge amount of my time. I just need to reserve the machine and it finishes my laundry by the time I come back home. Love the All-In-One WashCombo!

I got this product about a month ago and I LOVE IT. If you are someone who forgets to change the clothes from the washer to the dryer OFTEN then this machine is for you! I actually had the older version almost 10 years ago and this one has MANY more improvements over the years! You can download the app and control everything from your phone. I would say one of my favorite parts about it is the soap dispenser…the soap drawer is LONG and keeps a ton of liquid as back stock for your next few laundry loads. I love doing smaller loads of laundry and the fact that they are DONE in less than 2 hours, ready to fold…makes our parenting life so much easier.

In addition, it is equipped with a variety of washing functions, so it is convenient to wash clothes and laundry amounts separately, and it is convenient because it is equipped with a sufficient amount of container so that detergent does not have to be replenished every time you wash. Moreover, it is less noisy than the existing product, so it is not annoying to make a reservation while sleeping. Also, since it can start with Wi-Fi, it is convenient to save time by running it anytime, anywhere with a smartphone. However, in the case of drying, since it is operated by electricity, it takes longer to dry than gas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t do a great job of drying clothes. When I chatted in for help, or a tech, I got pushback. After cleaning the vent, condenser, and draining the machine, still takes 2-3 cycles to get clothes mostly dry.
