As a previous reviewer stated about the vacuum smoking, this also happened to me. I just purchased the vacuum I think 12/30. I’ve used it 3 times. It works great, suction is better than Shark. However, when I was using the attachment the base sucked up a shirt and the vacuum began smoking like crazy. I didn’t realize it sucked the shirt up because I was using the attachment and then smelled “fire” and the fumes OMG. Horrible. I’m torn on exchanging it because I really loved how well it worked, but it makes me nervous that this can happen just because something becomes stuck. The fumes are unbearable.

I didnt think that this vacuum would stop working after only 4 months of light use.

I love this vacuum cleaner. the only con that I could think of is the wire could be a little longer

I like the retractable cord, easy tank release

didnt last long enough after barely 1 year and it start falling apart..

It's too wide, too heavy and the cord is just in the way all the time. It does suction well but takes so much time and effort.
