I had a cordless dyson vacuum for many years and it never cleaned great and the battery finally died. Getting this new Bissell I realized how dirty my floors had been this whole time! Completely happy with the vacuum!

This little machine works amazingly. It literally pulled up dirt, pet dander, and anything else the eye can't see.

This vacuum is a good value for the price. I LOVE the retractable cord although it’s in a weird place so you have to hold the cord while you vacuum to keep it from getting tangled in the wheels. Kind of awkward. Also, it’s very loud. The wand is easy to use and I like that the attachments are on the machine for easy access. There are different height adjustments for hardwoods, carpet etc. They are a little annoying that you have to change it from hard wood to any height of rug. Lots of bending over with this unit. Overall, I’m glad I purchased it but I see some improvements in the design that could be improved on.

Pros it’s sucks really good dog hair and dust in my carpet…cons it sucked up some of my floor rug and got caught in the brushes and began to smoke. Honestly it could catch on fire as some of the other reviews have stated so be aware.

So far, it's working great! We have a husky and believe me, I need that extra vacuum power to deal with all of the hair. The bagless feature is a money saver and I can actually see how much is being sucked up from the carpet. So much more effecient than my old stick vacuum.

The cord is not long enough to do more than one room without re-plugging. And it’s difficult to have it re-coil. The red indicator not to pull any further is there but it’s hard to see it until it’s too late. Seems to clean OK but hard to handle

When I read the reviews on this, they are excellent. So I bought one, and it did just like the one before it collected my dog's hair on the hose.The base of the hose, about six inches of it that goes into the machine. Okay, I don't know where it comes from. No, idea. Then, I bought another one exact same problem. You guys just didn't have any other ones that I could get.So unfortunately, I have the same problem. This is a manufacturer issue. Four machines and same issue. Same spot and about the same amount of hair.

Bought it on sale as a risk and that’s exactly what it is. There’s no movement to it so good luck going anywhere but straight. Within a week the hose part wouldn’t suck and was spitting out dust from the opening connected to the vaccum. Overall waste of time and money

I am shocked at the lack of filtration and how much of a lack of quality is here. All there is is a thin, see through normal foam piece to ack as the only filter!? You would be better of just smoking. Least that way there's less particular in the air than when you use this. The hose parts are so poorly sized the barley fit together with some strength and wiggling. Can not turn of brush to use hose. Only way to use hose is on giant want that has cheep plastic protruding and can not bend. So can only use in limited applications. Not to mention the attachment piece is so small and short it can't reach under average baseboard heater. No on the the actual vacuum. I looks like someone took a normal vacuum brush then removed 80% of the bristles. This is the kind of trash you get when they only consider profit. It was how low can we go and how can we promote around that. There is not a positive to note for this. If you have no other choice for a vacuum I still would not recommend this waste of money and health. This is so far from do better. It is rather fire all involved in this and start over. Absolutely a disaster of a product. No engineer or product creation team with any goal of completing a task would allow such a terrible product to be designed let alone produced. I can not say enough against this! It screams rip you off and not perform. Seriously, no filter! Straight up dust to air with nothing but a thin extreamly cheap see through piece of basic foam. Not even a edge or rubber rim to it. Any person with a brian could tell this is not OK!

Do not buy! This vacuum does not handle pet hair well and is prone to clogs. Instead of sucking up the fur, it blows it around. No matter what surface, it barely works. Using it on area rugs, it misses half the dirt and will not pick up hair. I have only had this vacuum for 2 months and am sorely disappointed. Bissell has been my go-to brand for awhile but this one is just terrible.
