Absolutely useless, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Only worked once after buying it. Went to use for a second time barely a month later and no water/solution will dispense or cycle. Waste of money, had to go out and buy a different brand, should have started with the competitor to begin with.

I am currently potty training my twins and so far one has peed on the couch and the floor. I bought a hoover to clean up the couch mess and it didn't work fror the start. I decided to buy this Shark and try it out. It got the 3 day old pee stain out with no problem and got the pee on the floor out with no problems! You can't even tell that anything happened in both areas!!

Absolutely the best money I've ever spent ! We have 3 huskies and one had an accident that my robo vacuum “Rosie Big Bootay” found first and smeared it all over my rug that goes under the dining room table 🥺 thought for sure we'd be making a trip to the dump but nope, my SharkStikrr saved the day again and my favorite rug, Rosie, not much hope for her 💔 Thanks Shark for making a great product 🐾✨ being a husky and human mom is rough on carpets ! But wouldn't trade them for the world

This cleaner is really nice but it has a flaw. The hose brakes so easly i read a few reviews that spoke about this but i thought it might have been mishandling. No, this hose is so easy to break they should of used better plastic for this. So i would not recomend anyone buy this cleaner until or if they ever fix this issue. Specially for the price compared to other cleaners. I gave it one star because whats the point of it working good if the main component which is the hose breaks with minimum use.

After extensive research, I chose this because of the excellent reviews, easy usage and cleanup, and a 3 year warranty. Of course the brand's reputation speaks for itself, and I was not disappointed. After watching some helpful YT videos, I was ready to go. The solution goes a long way and smells great - not overpowering at all. I have a senior cat who seems to prefer the carpet over her litter box, so I put this to the test after exhausting all other products and gadgets. Wow.The suction on this baby is as good as the big machines, if not better. Worth every penny. Although I got it on sale. I would gladly have paid full price - it's that good. Don't even bother with other brands - this is the one.

The product itself works fantastically well, but it does NOT have a hose cleaning tool which I was led to believe was included after watching several online reviews. This piece is, in my opinion, a vital accessory especially when cleaning up pet messes. If I knew beforehand that this part was not included I likely would have chosen a different version or product altogether. Aside from that I am very satisfied with the suction power and ease of use.

This is a really good small cleaner. But... one question. It apparently needs two liquid cleaners to operate: the 'Deep Clean' and the 'Oxy Multiplier'. I'd prefer to just buy one when it's time to get more. Is one more important than the other? I'm hoping I can just buy the 'Deep Clean' and it will still do that job. Thx.

Material is strong and easy to handle design is unique and modern easy to carry. More powerful to strain the spot. Good maintenance easy after use.

This is the second time that the hose busted on me, in 2 years. I LOVE Shark, but this spot cleaner is not worth it. It works as good as my old Bissell that lasted me 4 years. I will not be repurchasing a new one.
