Amazing product that everyone must have. It saves a lot of time. Perfect tool for deep cleaning stairs, chairs, sofas and carpets stains. The water tank have enough space to last for two flights of stairs without needing to be refilled. The vacuum and cleaning solution are very strong. It worth for the cost that has.

This little machine saved my mattress! After storage, my mattress was atrocious and this little thing brought it back to life! Easy to use, works great!!

I bought this cleaner not knowing what I really needed. So once upon a time, we bought like cloth pleated window blinds. Great blinds but after over 20 years of use, they had accumulated alot of dirt on them. It turns the Stain Strike does a fair job of cleaning them up. Its not perfect but good enough will do!

I am currently potty training my twins and so far one has peed on the couch and the floor. I bought a hoover to clean up the couch mess and it didn't work fror the start. I decided to buy this Shark and try it out. It got the 3 day old pee stain out with no problem and got the pee on the floor out with no problems! You can't even tell that anything happened in both areas!!

I got this yesterday and used it the same day! All I can say is this is magic! I put away our rug a year ago bc of pets. They were urinating on it and I wasn't going to keep it out and have them pee on it repeatedly. Well, the rug looks amazing now. Please don't judge us because the initial picture I took is how nasty the rug truly is. (I didn't think it was that bad until we rolled it out to see and clean it up!) I'm embarrassed lol It was hard work and my body is sore today haha but the rug looks great! 😅 I chose to get the Stain Stryker instead of the cordless and it paid off because I only had to stop twice to empty the dirty container. Their cordless version is smaller, so I can only imagine stopping repeatedly to empty it. Plus, I love how the machine stops working or sucking up the muck as an auto prevention so your dirty container doesn't overflow. Highly recommend for all to buy and have in their homes!

We bought this because of a sick pup with bladder stones. Accidents have been happening frequently until surgery is had. This works great and easy to clean in between. Great buy!

I've owned this for less than two years. It's started leaking on the floor when not in use. I've checked to make sure everything is connected properly. Not sure how it's leaking. Going to have to throw it out.

I use this one time and it worked great. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and still would not work the second time I tried using it. For me, anyway, it's a piece of junk unless you only want to use it one time.

Absolutely useless, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Only worked once after buying it. Went to use for a second time barely a month later and no water/solution will dispense or cycle. Waste of money, had to go out and buy a different brand, should have started with the competitor to begin with.

This cleaner is really nice but it has a flaw. The hose brakes so easly i read a few reviews that spoke about this but i thought it might have been mishandling. No, this hose is so easy to break they should of used better plastic for this. So i would not recomend anyone buy this cleaner until or if they ever fix this issue. Specially for the price compared to other cleaners. I gave it one star because whats the point of it working good if the main component which is the hose breaks with minimum use.
