The Shark StainStriker is now on that list of "must-haves." The unit is on the smaller side and easily moved throughout the house. Besides carpets, it can easily do upholstery and vehicle interiors. The fact that it can do stairs is a bonus! Seeing the dark water get sucked up is very satisfying.

The cat got sick and threw up and wife used this to clean the spot and you’d never now it happened. The pet canister is great for the fact it contains the mess and is easy to clean after use. If you need to do spot cleaning on carpet and upholstery this is the machine. The machine packs up nice with a place to hold the cord and the hose. There’s also some cleaning solution with it that does great. Overall I’m pleased with this machine.

I cleaned my couch, all my fabric chairs and some carpet stains all with great results. Easy to set up and use right away. Love all the different attachments which my old machine didn’t have. We have used on bottom of couch where our Charlie would rub on to scratch himself and stain came up and also a stain on our carpet I don’t know from what but I thought it was impossible to get rid of but it removed it ! This is great if you have a pet .I also love how easy it was to put together and the attachments that came with it .This little machine packs a lot of power and love how portable it is !I wish we had had this sooner it’s wonderful really works even with set in stains . This Stain Striker portable carpet cleaner has been amazing. It was easy to assemble and easy to get started using it. Within minutes I was cleaning spots with the high pressure spray that delivered the stain solution to the spots in my carpet. Then I used the want with the scrubber on the end and the stains came out very nice and very fast. I love that there are difference wands to use for different areas and different items like the chairs verses the carpet. Wonderful stain remover and I will be using it a lot in the future.

I had originally purchased my shark vacuum at the beginning of this year. I had only used it a handful of times. It works extremely well! I was very pleased with its performance however I do believe their design is flawed. After only using it a few months my hose broke. The hose isn't quite long enough to wrap around and hook in the intended spot. It causes too much stress because you have to stretch it. Shark was very easy to work with to replace it though. I don't plan on wrapping the new hose around the machine like the other one to prevent the hose from breaking again.

I had the Bissell little green spot cleaner and hated how much it fell apart on me and how hard it was to clean after use and the lasting smells it would hold. I decided to finally upgrade to the Shark Stain Striker which truly allows me to deal with the stains effectively and the cleanup and storage is lightyears ahead of the Bissell. I also find the cleaning solution is way more effective in getting the tougher stains out of my carpet. Best product for pet parents or toddler spills.
