I had originally purchased my shark vacuum at the beginning of this year. I had only used it a handful of times. It works extremely well! I was very pleased with its performance however I do believe their design is flawed. After only using it a few months my hose broke. The hose isn't quite long enough to wrap around and hook in the intended spot. It causes too much stress because you have to stretch it. Shark was very easy to work with to replace it though. I don't plan on wrapping the new hose around the machine like the other one to prevent the hose from breaking again.

It is easy to fill the liquids as necessary, easy to remove and dump the dirty water container. One solution requires dilution while other doesn't. It's lightweight and easy to carry. Comes with 2 attachments. This machine has amazing suction and I cannot believe how dirty the water was after using it ( I shampoo regularly) It also brought back softness and fluff in my carpet. The solution has a pleasant smell that isn't overbearing. Great for small jobs, I wouldn't recommend for large jobs because it requires you to be on the floor and that could be hard for some people. I think if a long non-flexible extension hose was included it would be suitable for both small and large jobs. But also being directly on the floor, I think, gives it a better clean because you're putting elbow grease into it. I do recommend to others.

Shark products are outstanding. This carpet cleaner had a scannable code right on the top of the product that contains one of the BEST videos I've seen on how to use a product. Bravo to Shark for putting that video together. It explains the options simply and tells you how to get the best results. It also explained features I didn't even know it had. The product is thoughtfully designed and intuitive to put together and use, just like their regular vacuum cleaners. The suction is amazing.

If you have pets and rugs/carpet, you need this. 1800 sqft. worth of tile, and you know just where they're heading when they get sick? Yup, that little 48 sqft. patch of light colored floor covering. Ugh, what can we do? Well get the StainStriker, and you don't have to worry about it anymore. Super portable and easy to use. Way more convenient than any of the full size rug cleaners.

Got this Shark Stain Striker and it removed the spot in matter of minutes. Can't even see where it was. Very easy to put together, use, and clean. Highly recommend.

Ok, so we’ve had this for just over a week and have put it to use on several occasions. Having 2 cats that produce furballs at the drop of a hat, this little machine has made cleanup much easier, faster and efficient! Well worth the money as it does a fantastic job of making their spots disappear!

Dealing with stubborn stains has always been a hassle, but this little gadget changed the game for me. It's been a lifesaver on carpets, upholstery, and even clothes. The fact that it's rechargeable and has different cleaning modes is fantastic, though I wish the refills were a bit more budget-friendly. Despite that, it's become an essential tool in my cleaning arsenal, making those pesky stains way less daunting to handle.

My overall experience is great I highly recommend this cleaner if you have kids and pets are just a high volume area in your home  I’m so grateful I purchased this machine one thing did see in my box was the bigger piece I don’t if have to buy separately are what also the cleaning I was so excited that provided that
