I love Downy fabric softener. I use the liquid in my washer and then use the dryer sheets to get my laundry extra soft. It leaves my laundry soft and smelling so very nice. The scent lasts a long time. The smell of Downy brings back so many memories of my childhood.

I just used the new April fresh fabric "conditioner" that has replaced your famous April fresh fabric softener. I don't know what you did to the scent, but it is VERY unpleasant. I feel like my clothes need to be rewashed and the smell is so strong that it seems it will be difficult to get the scent out even then. The new scent reminds me of mosquito spray. I really don't like it! I will be looking for a new brand of fabric softener, unless you can bring back the original scent. I hope you can, because it is what has made your success in my opinion. I've been a loyal Downy user for many years. So sorry to lose that great scent.

I really like how my clothes smell after using Downy. They smell nice and fresh. Also, I am impressed that the static from drying my clothes in the dryer has decreased. This is always important in winter for me. I received a free sample of Downy for review but my opinions are my own.

When I finally got to folding the clothes, I couldn't help but rub each article of clothing on my face to feel the softness and smell that great scent! Another amazing smell and feel by Downy.

Downy makes our clothes feel so soft and smell so good, even after they've been in a drawer or closet for a while. Sometimes we'll be out and about and I'll catch of whiff of Downy off our clothes and it just smells like home! Great product and will continue to use it for years to come.

I know a lot of people who can not take strong smells. Overall I would recommend this to my friends and family.

I like that my clothes come out softer, less wrinkly, less staticky, and with fewer pills and fuzz. I hate when I wash clothes, and the vibrant colors are stripped away so they come out dull. Using Downy has helped retain the bright color and keep it from fading too much. And the best part is that my children especially love the April Fresh scent that lingers on their clothes and blankies after they've been washed. Would highly recommend this product!

I’m generally a scent-free laundry person since I have small kiddos, but that may be changing now that I found this! Our clothes were left so soft and fresh smelling. I used a little less than recommend because it’s a nice smell but also quite strong.

April fresh downy had been used by three generations of my family. I guess I was the last because nothing compares to the old April fresh. I used to love how my blankets smelled after hanging on the washline. The new scents stink and I no longer purchase Downy fabric softener. You had 3 generations of customer loyalty and you blew it.

I do not typically wash towels with fabric softer but every so often and Downey not only made them smell good, but they got some of their fluff back. Notice that it seemed to help with static as well which is a huge plus.
