[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner smells so good and make my clothes soft. It doesn't irritate my skin and the smell is SO overwhelming (in a good way). I will definitely be purchasing more.

Never even noticed where to put it and was too embarassed to ask a froend. My mom never used softener so why should I need too! Came across some downy april fresh fabric conditioner and life has changed! I can not believe the softness of my towels and clothes and the faint hint of fragrance. Not noticable but a clean smell that has brightened up my laundry days

Following the directions based on washer loads, I don't feel as if my clothes were coming out with the April-freshness the product promises. Perhaps it's something to do with my water or I need to adjust how much I use. Just wasn't terribly impressed with the product.

I always buy 4 or 5 bottles of Downy at a time. I thought there was just something wrong with the first bottle I used and was very negative when I used the 2nd and 3rd bottle. Apparently, it's all watered down now and the static in my clothes is horrible! I never buy any other fabric softener because how watered down they are. But, I guess I will try some of the other brands now. At least they aren't as expensive for their watered down fabric softener. It's hard to believe that something I have used my whole life is completely ruined now. It would have been nice to know before I bought 5 bottles. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally use another brand of fabric softener so i was excited to try this one! Within the first wash i was already in love! My towels smelled amazing and they were really soft. I washed them on a Sunday and on friday when i went to go get one it still smelled fresh out the wash. I recommend this product to anyone. I know this will be the only one i buy from now on.

This fabric softener is so good. The April fresh scent last on your clothes for a very long time it also helps keep clothes wrinkle free so your clothes will look and smell great. I find it to be affordable for the quality of product. I would recommend Ultra Downy

Our family has been loyal Downy customers for as long as I can remember. As an adult, with my own kids, I keep on the tradition. There's just something about the smell of laundry fresh out of the dryer smelling amazing like Downy. I was provided a 12 load sample to review from Influenster and I love my Downy.

I've been a faithful Downy user for more then 35 years and have always loved this product. Yesterday I opened a new bottle and was overwhelmed with the floral scent. I thought I had incorrectly purchased a scent other then original April Fresh Downy, but no I hadn't. Why has the scent changed? It still performs great on static, softness, and wrinkles, but the scent is so overbearing I'm unable to wear clothes that have been rinsed in it. Please bring back the tried and true original April Fresh scent we all have loved for years... From the reviews its very apparent I'm not the only one that feels this way. Let's hope P & G hears our pleas and brings back the scent we've all known and loved for decades. I'll keep checking reviews in the hope that the original scent returns, but until it does I won't be purchasing Downy again. So disappointed to say goodbye to a favorite product I've loved for years.

We have only every used the original April Fresh Downy. Picked up the bottle yesterday, used it today and thought maybe I grabbed the wrong brand. It smells horrible. I am now rewashing my load of laundry with the hopes that the strong perfume scent will come out. What a disappointment.
