I have been using Downy for quite awhile now, I have veered off and tried other brands but always seem to come back to Downy. I find this product to be affordable especially with coupons and does exactly what you want a fabric softener to do! Just having fresh towels straight out of the dryer with the April Fresh scent is just heaven in my opinion. I tested Downy® Fabric Softener for free, but all opinions are your own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] downy fabric softener is wonderful. my clothers are soft smell fresh and will buy in the future have only used dryer sheets in the past from arm and hammer, never used downey products before, but now i'm hooked. the only problem is the lid, after you shake the bottle and pour it gets spilled on your hands, because the liquid gets caught inside the lid. other than that i really am very very pleased with this item

I live in the Rocky Mountains at 7500 ft. I simply cannot open the downy top. I have used all type of tools to no avail. I wanted to do laundry today, but I can't do this until my husband gets home. If I lived alone, I would not be able to use your product. I have lived here for 3 years and it just within the last year I have had this trouble. Is there something you can do to make it easier to open? My husband whom has very strong hands must use a tool to open this.

I don't understand why you would change such a warm and comfortable sense memory. It was pleasant and it was "home". Now I find it overwhelming and not pleasant at all. Why must my fabric softener overwhelm my perfume. I don't want my fabric softener to become my perfume. The long lasting scent...really?! Please bring back the old scent and my memories of home. I only chose one star....had to....not three

I’ve always been pretty loyal to Downy and this just made me even more loyal. I plan on buying the full sized version of this to make sure our laundry smells amazing and is nice and soft to touch. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Great product. I use it just about every single time I do a load of laundry. It smells super great and gives my clothing that extra softness that it needs. Wish the bottle was a bit lighter in weight, as it gets heavy when carrying it to my washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long long ago, I had a Downy ball and I'd use fabric softner. I think what changed for me, is that I went to college. And when you're broke? You spend your money on the detergent and dryer sheets. You don't think about buying the softner or any of the middle step stuff. Even if it was as simple as dropping the ball into the washer. So many years later in my professional life, it still wasn't a thought of mine. Sure, I wasn't a college kid anymore. Sure, I had the money for it. But if I wasn't using it for the longest time, why should I go back? My clothes feel fine, they smell decent after washing them? Its just unnecessary... ...I WAS WRONG! I love to shop at Goodwill and other thrift stores. And sometimes, there are things that just as much as you clean them, they just don't feel or smell right. Enter in the cutest elephant that you'd ever seen. He was well loved, and his blue stuffed corduroy body was well loved and appreciated. He still was fluffy, but there was something about him that wasn't quite right. Something didn't smell fresh after three trips through the laundry. And if I'm going to treasure this guy as much as the person before me? I want to make sure that I'm not smelling their funk. So I waved goodbye to my blue friend and set him gently in the washer holding onto a Downy ball filled with the April Fresh product. 30 minutes and a dryer cycle later? My little buddy was fresher than fresh! I used it later that week with my gym clothes. I'm used to my gym clothes being funky because I'll live out of a suitcase with some Febreeze as my only cure. Now? I want to see if I can convince the TSA that a Downy Ball filled with softner is an acceptable 2 oz carry on. Thank you Downy! You've made my blue friend brighter smelling and kept my wife happy with my gym clothes!

I received a complimentary sample of Downy April Fresh from Influenster to try and review. I have always been a big fan of Downy products, and this one did not disappoint. The smell is extremely fresh, and leaves your laundry super soft. I love that I can just add it to my Downy ball and toss it in without missing the cycle. I would absolutely recommend everyone give this product a try.

While I love the smell of this fabric softener I had to stop buying it. I was so disappointed purchase after purchase when I would find that it didn’t last long. Shortly after purchasing the softner would go bad. Get lumpy and chunky and lose its form. While I love April fresh I do not recommend buying this scent. I have stopped buying it. It’s a waste of money.

Of course the smell is wonderful and last about 2 days, but it also helped my clothes feel soft again. I also noticed that I did not have has much static with my clothes. If you get a chance definitely try this product! You will enjoy it.
