This fabric softner I believe can kill any bad smell. I placed the bottle in a small closet and coulr literally smell it every time I opened the door. I love pulling my clothes out of the dryer and smelling this come out. While the softness is not to much of a difference then when I don't use it the fact that the fresh smell last on my clothes for days and even weeks after , is the reason that I keep coming back to this brand. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy April fresh lived up to it promises. My clothes were soft, no static and seemed to have less wrinkles. However, I felt the fragrance was overpowering and lingered longer than what I expected. I would recommend Downy, but hope they lessen the amount of fragrance.

By far, the April fresh is the best Downy I've ever used! It smells amazing coming straight out of the bottle, all through the washing and drying process, even when you finally get around to wearing the clothes, you can still smell it!!! Downy, I'm pretty sure you guys have perfected this!!! My family thanks you!!

Your clothes come out very soft and smelling wonderfully fresh, like a Spring Day. Best of all, they hold that fresh smell days to weeks after the wash. When you put your clothes on in the morning, it will bring a smile to your face.

The smell is extremely fresh, and leaves your laundry super soft. I love that I can just add it to my Downy ball and toss it in without missing the cycle. I honestly have never tried downy due to the Rose type smell, but I decided to use it on my clothes, and I must say I was dumbfounded at what I have been missing. It left my clothes nice and soft and the smell filled my room and my laundry room, it just smelled so nice. I would definitely repurchase.

I was at first hesitant to use this product because I have sensitive skin, However the smell is Amazing I first tried it out on my bedding and can feel the difference my sheets are so much softer and smell so fresh and clean. I love it. I noticed the sweaty stinky smells in the clothes vanished and they usually leave them in the dryer which causes them to wrinkle but this time they didnt so Idk if it actually reduces wrinkles
