[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Enhancer definitely provides a fresh scent that lasts through the day. Depending of your preference, the scent may be a bit too strong. In addition to the fresh scent, clothes are soft and smooth. I personally like this product for towels and washcloths over my every day clothes because of the strong scent. Regardless, this product works as advertised and I will use it again. I have a HE front load washer, this detergent worked just fine in my machine.

I received this product as a test, however, I've been using for a long time. Leave my soft to the touch and with a pleasant scent clothes. Does an excellent job with heavy clothing, soap helps to cut, so it also helps me to save water when washing. I have nothing but praise for this product, do not use any other suavisante. Downy's all I need.

I haven't used Downy in a long time but was excited to get a free sample from Influenster and gladly started pouring some in my washing machine with each load. The smell took me back to my teen years as my best friend always smelled like Downey's fabric softener. I did find a few greasy looking spots that I'm guessing were from the fabric softener but it didn't do it the second load so it could have just been a mishap. All in all a great product. A bit pricey in store but there are always coupons floating around and it really is much better than the off brands!

April Fresh liquid Downy is the best product without an overwhelming perfume smell. Leaves clothes smelling fresh and feeling soft. Tried another scent but the strong smell was overwhelming and had to re-wash everything to avoid the headache and cough.

After trying several softeners, the Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner is the only one that eliminates odors while softening the crustiness of his soiled clothes religiously! I am also amazed of how it helps maintain the colors of the fabrics since they have to be washed more than normal due to frequent accidents. This has become my laundry secret weapon!

I used to really, really Iove your former product. Downy April Fresh. My Great Grandmother used Downy, My Grandmother used Downy, My mom used Downy and I used Downy. The scent was wonderful and left things smelling really fresh and clean. Sadly, it appears you've elminated the scent altogether. Every single bottle being made had this really, really strong new scent of Downy.... And it's radically different. Like a cheap perfume that's really really sweet. I went to four stores tonight and was able to locate seven bottles of the Old Downy with the old scent. But once they are gone... I'll probably stop using Downy altogether. I just don't understand why you guys would change the scent. This is Downy. It was amazing as it was, why did it need to change? I hope you guys will consider switching it back although I'm sure it won't happen. It's just disappointing. This was a wonderful product and it's now ruined.

I washed my sheets in it a week ago and not only are they softer then when we first got them, but they still smell like they just got out of the washer. My favorite part of washing my sheets is that fresh clean scent it gives them, and now thanks to Downy, that smell lasts way longer then it did before.

My clothes hold the fragrance from wash to wash which is something that I enjoy and they feel a bit softer than before I started using it.

I like this fabric softener because of its lovely decent smell. I tend to have headaches/migrains and if something smells to strong it easily triggers them. And it doesnt smell like total chemical thats a plus too. I mostlikly use it in towels, blankets and underwear to make them extrasoft. I got to test it for free that was pretty nice.

I found that my dryer sheets scent wasn't lasting and I kept having to use more and more which gets costly. I was skeptical of liquid softener but figured I would give it a shot, it had good reviews. I love the scent. I love how LONG the scent lasts. I'm talking weeks later, hung clothing still smells so fresh! And my clothing has much less static and fewer wrinkles, but let me tell you - I would probably use this product even without those features, just because the smell is so fresh and lasts so long. Very pleased and I highly recommend.
