This pillow has such a stench... a chemical, rubber smell

I am returning this item because it's too firm and has a weird smell that will not dissipate.

Not cool at all , i bought a pillow 7 years ago from a different manufacturer that is cooler than this brand new one , was disappointed

My husband loves firm pillows, and this has become the only pillow he will sleep with. It's firm but also stays nice and cool when he's sleeping.
