This is a very soft yet firm pillow. My kids truly enjoy this pillow for its true softness, We’ve had it for a few weeks and it has not lost its form at all. Overall a great bang for my buck. Great size and not too heavy either

The smell in the foam is horrible and it's hard to come out. I took off the covering and washed it. Sprayed the foam with Lysol and febreeze and the mildew smell still remains in the foam. I want to return the but threw away the packaging. Waste of money.

Nice pillow. Can't say how it performs in summer heat. Firm support. Works for me to keep head/neck aligned with spine. Reason for 4* and not 5 is that the size is too small. Only available in Standard and I think King (but on-line only). Why is ther no queen size? I find this length to be too short.

I like the firmness. Not as cooling as I would like.

This pillow has a silky smooth outer cover and a squishy memory foam pillow. The pillow is comfortable to sleep on by itself or with a second one under it. It also feels better with a pillowcase on. Additionally would say the pillow has a slight odor but after unpacking and letter it air out for a few days, it does dissipate. Definitely would get another. Not certain I find a cooling aspect of this product.

This pillow presents as high quality in appearance and performance. It is supportive while still soft enough. The cooling feature is a nice touch. I tend to sleep with multiple pillows in any random placement and this pillow has pleasantly incorporated well with the others in various stacking arrangements. Standard pillow cases easily fit without any stretch or stuffing. This is my second time trying a memory foam pillow and this one is definitely a keeper.

These pillows look and feel nice, but they’re not as comfortable to sleep on as they look. There is also a strong lingering factory smell on them that is supposedly due to an anti-microbial the manufacturer puts on the pillow. Probably something that you shouldn’t lay your head on night after night. I would return them if I could.

These pillows are quite comfortable, even at the low price. I have gotten a lot of comfort out of these at bedtime.

Very comfortable. The only downside is the pillowcase easily slides off while I'm sleeping. Just need to use one with a zipper.
