I'm not impressed with this pillow as it constantly slides out of the pillow case and is very uncomfortable.

Don't buy

The pillow feels nice. However, them chemical smell is terrible. I can still smell it on my hair the next day.

I received this Members Mark cooling pillow over a week ago. I opened the packaging and was hit with a strong mix between chemical and musty smell. I know the pillow is new and isn’t actually musty, but that’s what it triggers for me.  We haven’t been able to use the pillow yet due to this odor. We’ve purchased cooling pillow from other brands and did not notice this same odor.  We’re disappointed because my oldest kid will only use cooling pillows and really needed this new one.

A friend recommended this pillow and I decided to try it.  The pricing was very reason and it turns out to be the best pillow I have ever owned.  I’m planning to get a second one.
