So firm, and you need to love this type of pillow

Seemed great but, had a bad chemical smell. Gave me a head ache from laying on it for an hour. I didn't sleep with it and returned it the next day.

I find this pillow to be warm compared to other cooling pillows I've had. It holds its shape pretty well when I lay on it.

Absolutely love this pillow! It's very supportive and seems to sleep cooler. I has a firmer feel, but quickly softens up to support your body.

it's a rock. This is the second pillow I've tried out in 2 months. I guess nobody makes a decent pillow anymore. I miss sleep.
