Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow, Assorted Sizes

Pillow has a very strong chemical odor even after having it for 3 weeks. So strong I can not sleep with it.

Might as well get the Rock of Gibraltar! This pillow is  just too stiff. I tried different positioning and just couldn't feel any comfort. This will be going back.

strong chemical smell but after I let it air out and washed the cover it went away. 10/10 best sleep I've gotten with a pillow in forever. I love it so much, I bought more. It is not to firm and not to soft.

The pillow is a little too firm but I love how it keeps its shape. It was a good buy.

I received this Members Mark cooling pillow over a week ago. I opened the packaging and was hit with a strong mix between chemical and musty smell. I know the pillow is new and isn’t actually musty, but that’s what it triggers for me.  We haven’t been able to use the pillow yet due to this odor. We’ve purchased cooling pillow from other brands and did not notice this same odor.  We’re disappointed because my oldest kid will only use cooling pillows and really needed this new one.

A friend recommended this pillow and I decided to try it.  The pricing was very reason and it turns out to be the best pillow I have ever owned.  I’m planning to get a second one.
