Last night was my first time using the Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow and it was very comfortable! The pillow is firm yet soft and the cool gel was relaxing. My neck felt supported and was pleasantly surprised because I sometimes have neck issues but didn’t with this pillow! The antimicrobial quilted zip cover is removable and washable. The only negative I have is the package had slight smell when opening but went away.

The pillow is very firm. My head did not sink into the pillow at all. I have not slept on it for a whole night because I'd wake up with a sore neck from my head being higher than my spine. I didn't notice any cooling effect the few hours I used it.

This gel memory foam pillow is so light weight compared to other gel pillows I have bought in the past. It’s firm, yet soft at the same time making it very comfortable to sleep on. The cooling effect is very soothing too. Overall this pillow is great and I would recommend for every bed in your house!!

The pillow is firm but comfortable. I roll around in my sleep and most pillows only feel comfortable sleeping certain ways but this pillow is solid enough that it doesn't bunch up when I'm on my back and is soft enough for sleeping on my side and front. Best pillow I have tried.

I love this cooling Member's Mark hotel collection premier pillow. It is made of gel cooling memory foam. It has an inner cover and an outer zipper cover that are both removable for washing. It is great for head and neck support and standard size 18inx26in.

Pillow is standard size. It is very comfortable to sleep on. The only negative I had with it was that it was too thin to use by itself. I needed to have another pillow under it so I wasn't so flat to the bed. I do sleep on a pillow top mattress so that tends to bring the pillow lower on my bed.

This pillow is made of quality material and looks super nice. It is a great cooling pillow. However it is the firmest pillow I have ever tried. It was not a great fit for me. It did cause some discomfort when I woke up. I guess, I am not one who can sleep with this firm of a pillow.

The Members Mark memory foam pillow was pretty comfortable, but the smell of the foam was bad. An hour later it was tossed out. I washed the cover and put the foam in the dryer on air fluff with a dryer sheet and didn’t get much better. I waited a week and had my older son try it. He said he didn’t notice that much of a smell and it was comfortable. I guess you have to air it out for a long time.

I received this pillow a few days ago. It shipped in a box and without damage. It looks very nice and bright white. I’m t is firm but softens to your head. The cooling effect is not tremendous so don’t buy it for that feature. Great for a side sleeper.

Well, I thought it was going to be awesome, turns out it gave me neck cramps for days even after I stopped using it. If you pushing it down with your hands or for back support.. it's great. Not so great to sleep on. It doesn't have any give in it, so your neck is in a weird position all night.
