This pillow is great for anyone that wants a firm pillow to keep the head up. It is still very soft and cool to lay on though. It is very comfortable overall and I would recommend it highly. The only slight draw back to it is that it comes out of a pillow case very easily.

Not a bad pillow at all. I can't actually feel the pillow under my head once I've laid on it for a few seconds, and I don't mean that in a bad way. It's like laying on a marshmallow! It supports my head really well, although I do wish it were a tad bit thicker. It does seem to keep my head cooler than a regular pillow, which I like.
