[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how the dishwasher cleans my dishes using very little water and it is probably the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. There's no need to rewatch dishes the dishes come out very clean. I would buy another one but this one is doing just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new dishwasher is so much quieter than the twenty year-old dishwasher it replaced! Before, we couldn't have a conversation in the next room with the dishwasher running; now, we can talk easily in the same room. The installation was straightforward and it looks great. I have not yet tried to use any of the connected features, yet, so I can't comment on that aspect, but the onboard controls are easy to understand and use.

Have had it installed for about 3 weeks and have ran it about 4 times. Confused because I think that the drying feature isn't working properly. Dishes are still misty with water. Some dishes actually still dripping water. Just running normal cycle. Using dishwashing pods. It is a beautiful appliance, just want performance to match the beauty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elegant look, large capacity, efficient, and ultra quiet. It is connected to the wifi and it alerts us when it is done. Did have an issue but it was within the warranty period so Samsung sent someone out and got it fixed. No problems after that.

Had a terrible experience with delivery. I will never buy anything that is associated with that delivery company (RXO). First, they were a day late and then gave me a 12 hr delivery window (8am to 8pm) instead of 3 or 4 hrs. They must have told Sam's they delivered it at 10:36am per Sam's site. They finally showed up a few minutes prior to 5pm. When they showed up the two were arguing. Only one lifted it off the truck (by hand) and brought it into my house. He immediately said he couldn't install it and left. He didn't unpack it, nor did he uninstall my old one and of course didn't take it to dispose of it. I was left to have someone install it and haul my old one away. The installation was straight forward and did not require any copper work like the delivery guy said. Only had to unscrew the previous connection and screw on the hose that came with the dishwasher. See picture below. Only issue I had with the unit is the kickplate was bent (see picture below), probable from only one guy lifting it off the delivery truck.

Can't rate the quality of the product yet since Sam's never finished installing it. So far their Delivery and Installation service is awful. Delivery guys were nice but arrived hours before they were supposed to. We hadn't finished disconnecting the old unit so all they did was drop off the new one. They couldn't install the new one or take the old one. When we called to reschedule installation and pickup of the old unit we were told the ticket has been closed and they were done. So now we have an old dishwasher disconnected and the new one sitting there uninstalled in our kitchen with no working dishwasher. The delivery guys were nice but they said they also couldn't install the new unit because the old unit was hard wired and the new unit just had a standard power plug to plug into an outlet. So I ended up installing a new GFCI outlet under our sink only to find that the new unit, once unpacked, also had to be hard wired, so the new outlet was for nothing. All in all an extremely frustrating experience so far.

I was trying to stay with Samsung becasue we liked our connected refrigerator from Samsung so much. We have a connected living room, dining room, and kitchen. I was focused on noise when I was evaluating new dishwashers. We are disappointed with the noise level. We need to turn up the TV in the living room when the dishwasher is running. We have switched to a higher temp setting for the water and the run time is over 3 hours, that seems a little like overkill. The auto-open feature was new to us and then we realized there is not a drying feature. In essence the auto-open is the drying feature. The dishwasher cleans very well, but it's not quite what we expected. I would not buy this model again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very efficient with plenty of space for larger dishes and a tray for smaller items so they don't fly around during the wash cycle. Dishes always come out spotless. We are very pleased with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This thing is quiet and I love the auto door opening after finishing to let the dishes dry and adds moisture to the air. One manual task off my list. I am still getting used to how to get the cycles to start and where to place the dishes in the best organized spot but this workhorse is better than the 15 year old one it replaced!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this dishwasher! Or old one was loud and left messes and food. Put this one in and not only can you barely hear it but it leaves my dishes sparkling clean. 10/10 would recommend. Love the app as well so I know when it's done and can u load.
