Love the AutoRelease feature, I typically plan to start the load after dinner and then by morning everything is finished and all the dished have dried. There is also a short cycle setting that does a load in around an hour. Other brands typically have wash times starting at at least 2 or 2 1/2 hours.

This is a bad product. It started having issues before the first year of owning it. I called to get it fixed and they managed to get it to limp past the warranty. Now I have owned it for a year and a half. It gives the 5C code every wash which means it isn't draining right, but even prior to that it left food on the dishes. Now, it wasn't food that was on there before, but rather food from the water that it shot and then dried onto the dishes. This dishwasher is worse than not washing dishes. It makes them dirtier. It is a complete waste of money.

It's so quiet that we barely even notice it's running, which is amazing for an open living room layout. The adjustable racks make it easy to fit larger pots and pans, and the cycles are straightforward and efficient. Best of all, no pre-rinsing needed—dishes come out spotless and completely dry. Definitely worth the investment!

Our only complaint is the lack of a clean indicator light that so many other dishwashers have. When the cycle completes, it beeps and opens, which is awesome, but how do you know it is clean? Other dishwashers have a very helpful light that goes out after you empty the dishwasher and close the door. Did your design team assumed that someone is standing there and sees it happen, is the same person who started the cycle (not valid in a large household) and does not wait for it to cool before putting things away and has perfect memory? This is a huge miss for Samsung, very disappointed. We are now taping a "clean" sign on the door handle when we start a load and remove it when we finish emptying it. This works but is not a good consumer experience when an industry standard was seemingly just not included for some reason. Otherwise, great product so far!

Although I purchased this dishwasher for it's looks and to fit in with the rest of our Bespoke appliances, I wish I noticed the lack of a heating element. Our dishes are constantly wet when removed, even overnight and even with the auto open activated, and it's not what I was expecting. The dishwasher is super quiet, the third upper race is convenient and the dishes are consistently clean, but I just can't get past having to manually dry the dishes every day. I can't say I'd recommend this product to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung model number DW80CCG545MT and have had it for a little over six months now. It is extremely quiet and gets everything really clean. The kids really love the little music it plays when it is done as well.

extremely disappointed in my Samsung linear dishwasher. I am on my second one because your control panel box keeps breaking and causes my dishwasher to have no power. I called to ask if that part was revised and of course no one knew. Now what Samsung? the part is not breaking because of misuse. i use it normal and my repair man said how its cheap plastic. i own all Samsung appliances expect my range. revise your parts. also fix your products if you are going to sell warranty's ..that's not professional.

Dishwasher itself is not bad but we are having to replace out circuit board after a year and a half. They sent the wrong part to our repairman and we have now waited almost two months for a repair. Our screen on our fridge went out at 13 mos. My previous Samsung products had serious issues early too, but I thought maybe they would be better now. We will never buy Samsung again and I warn everyone I know.

Love it so far! Bought this one to replace my previous Samsung Dishwasher and love the features! I especially love the top rack and the ability to adjust the upper rack.
