Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very efficient with plenty of space for larger dishes and a tray for smaller items so they don't fly around during the wash cycle. Dishes always come out spotless. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher worked flawlessly. It cleaned dishes well. The noise level is low. The door would open automatically at the end to make drying better. The smartthing app can help us to monitor the process.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this samsung dishwasher. The wifi features are very cool. I love that it notifies me when it's done. I was shocked at how quiet it is a well. Literally had no idea that my previous machines were so loud until I have this one. Another thing that's really cool about it is the top rack for utensils. I hated dealing with baskets and bending over to connect all the forks and spoons. The top rack really makes it easy and efficient to lay out any kind of utensils. Overall I would highly recommend!

Very quiet, great cleaning of dishes

Nice amount of cleaning options Jets are powerful and the door pops open to help dry dishes,don't have to worry about a heating element to dry and waste energy

Not quite what we expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time for a new dishwasher, so we started looking. I was trying to stay with Samsung becasue we liked our connected refrigerator from Samsung so much. We have a connected living room, dining room, and kitchen. I was focused on noise when I was evaluating new dishwashers. We are disappointed with the noise level. We need to turn up the TV in the living room when the dishwasher is running. We have switched to a higher temp setting for the water and the run time is over 3 hours, that seems a little like overkill. The auto-open feature was new to us and then we realized there is not a drying feature. In essence the auto-open is the drying feature. The dishwasher cleans very well, but it's not quite what we expected. I would not buy this model again.

Quite dishwasher w/ Storm Wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading all the reviews I see why people don't like the way samsung dishwashers dry. I have to leave the door open for another 30 min. to an hour for the dishes to dry. It cleans decent if using the 1 hour cycle, I have been putting mine on auto and it seems to do better, but the cycle last for 2 hours and 30 minutes and if you use the sanitize, the time goes over 3 hours, so if you want clean dishes fast use the 1 hour, but you'll have to dry the dishes off before using them. This is just my opinion and each review will give different things that are good or bad. It is definitely a quite dishwasher, I can't hear it when it is running, so that's a plus!!!

I do not recommend at all

I should have listened to the other reviews. This was a horrible experience. I will NEVER order an appliance from Sam's Club again. The delivery people lied and said I refused installation. They told me the install was not on their order. We had to call Sams to get the install scheduled. They made us call Samsung. Samsung was horrible to work with. We had to callthem three times. Finally got an installation date through an email. No delivery window. It took almost a month to grt this dishwasher in and working. I will never do this again to save maybe a hundred bucks.

Delivery and install was a nightmare

Whole delivery experience was a nightmare. First time delivery guy from xpo came and said the water line is not closing correctly and did not install. Got the valve replaced. Next time they came after a week and when trying to put the new dishwasher in could not get it in. Said the cabinet on top has to be raised and left it hanging. I was able to get in after removing the legs. These guys do not want to install and do a little bit of work. It was really frustrating and I would like to Samsclub and Samsung to take some action about it.

Breaks

Dishwasher itself is not bad but we are having to replace out circuit board after a year and a half. They sent the wrong part to our repairman and we have now waited almost two months for a repair. Our screen on our fridge went out at 13 mos. My previous Samsung products had serious issues early too, but I thought maybe they would be better now. We will never buy Samsung again and I warn everyone I know.

Delivery Unacceptable

Had a terrible experience with delivery. I will never buy anything that is associated with that delivery company (RXO). First, they were a day late and then gave me a 12 hr delivery window (8am to 8pm) instead of 3 or 4 hrs. They must have told Sam’s they delivered it at 10:36am per Sam’s site. They finally showed up a few minutes prior to 5pm. When they showed up the two were arguing. Only one lifted it off the truck (by hand) and brought it into my house. He immediately said he couldn’t install it and left. He didn’t unpack it, nor did he uninstall my old one and of course didn’t take it to dispose of it. I was left to have someone install it and haul my old one away. The installation was straight forward and did not require any copper work like the delivery guy said. Only had to unscrew the previous connection and screw on the hose that came with the dishwasher. See picture below. Only issue I had with the unit is the kickplate was bent (see picture below), probable from only one guy lifting it off the delivery truck.
