[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer I replaced was 45 years old. I expected improvements but not to the degree I experienced with Samsung. Quite, cleaning power, settings, informative communications, etc. What I enjoyed the most was the ease of installation. I purchased three appliances at the same time and opted for Samsung installation on the 2 easier jobs but mistakenly omitted the potentially most difficult dishwasher. The install instructions made it easier along with a big helping hand from my son.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this dishwasher and the ability to shift the racks up and down depending on the size of the dishes in there. I also like how the cups just nestle eight in their spot and dont over around, which was an issue with my previous dishwasher. It is very quiet and sometimes we open it mid cycle on accident. I have it set up to my Smart things app so I alway know how much time is left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this dishwasher because it was stainless steel inside - I'm trying to use less plastic and I feel like stainless steel is more durable/longer lasting. I also liked the sleek design. It sticks out further than my old dishwasher, but it hasn't been an issue (at most it's one inch). I am having issues with spots on things - glass, silicone, and even my pots & pans. I tried adding Finish Jet Dry and that almost made things worse. I may try a different detergent, but trying to use what I have. A quick rinse when unloading removes it, but I hate needing to add another step. It is very quiet which is nice and fits a lot of dishes. I do like the top third rack although I'm not used to it and tend to forget things, but I'll get in the habit. The phone app is kind of annoying - like I don't need to be told the cycle is done, but maybe it's good for people who are waiting (I usually run mine at bed time so the app wakes me up haha!).

The machine is decently laid out and good value for the price. A few things I don't like: The racks don't slide that well. The rack layout is lacking. The bottom lack doesn't allow many options for dish configuration, so it's a bit limiting on what you can put below. The slides seem a bit flimsy, hopefully they last.

Well, Its a 3 step process to start the dishwasher. Press power? I am not sure why, the unit has power going to it, in a constant state. Select the cycle (and that should be it after you close the door). Nope, now you have to press Start, before, or after you close the door. And if you open it during the cycle., you would think closing the door would have the unit start back up? Nope, now you have to press start again ( in case you changed your mind). The lower rack doesn't have enough cross members, so you might need to take extra time making sure that the handles from your pots and pans are not going to obstruct the lower propeller. There is a top rack for utensils, and then a "space eater" of a basket on the lower rack, that I'm having a hard time purposing. So I took it out. Any lids that are plastics, have NO WHERE to go. Except being put out on the top utensil rack (flat). Or the light items will be thrown around by the water propulsion. The functionality of our newly purchased microwave and dishwasher by Samsung, are lacking serious design and functional ingenuity.

The feature that it has where it opens at the end of the cycle to complete drying is awesome. No more soggy dishes! Also cool that you can connect it to the app. Would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher so far. Very easy to use and super quiet during operation. Love the fact that it is connected to smarthings app. It notifies my phone when a load is done, it also sends notifications for self cleaning, and other regular maintenance. Really well designed which allows for fitting a lot of dishes. Love the third rack for utensils. It did very well in terms of wash performance. It was able to get off light to moderate soil from dishes. Some of the heavier gravy stains needed some pre scrubbing. The second rack is a bit low so you cannot have both racks pulled and take out dishes without bumping into it. But overall a really good and well designed dishwasher for everyday use!

This is a sleek and stylish unit with some great features. Unfortunately, most of that becomes ineffective if you can't wash dishes in the dishwasher. In fairness, you can wash dishes, but you cannot wash dinner plates. Standard dinner plates measure 11 inches across and cannot be loaded in the dishwasher without interfering with the upper spray assembly. This seems to come as a result of Samsung adding a third rack which (IMHO) is completely useless and offers nothing to offset the limited space on the bottom rack. Consequently, since purchasing this appliance, we eat off of paper plates or wash the plates by hand, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a dishwasher. Warning to future prospective buyers, check the interior space in your dishwasher and don't believe that manufacturers have actually considered that which homeowners actually value - being able to wash their dishes and plates.

This is the most efficient, quiet, large capacity dishwasher I’ve owned. Easy to operate and not once have I had to wash something over again… so much easier to keep clean than stainless steel! Just love the white glass!

The three racks allow you to maximize capacity in the easy to use technology on the top of the door allows for perfect performance and design.
