Awesome dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher it has 2 large racks and at the top it has a small rack/ drawer where large cooking utensils such as stirring spoons spatulas..... or lids for your bowls or jars. It's very quiet. The AI technology is awesome it has multiple settings if you have a small load that will fit on the bottom rack theres a setting to wash that rack only. If you have a Samsung phone the app has a place to add your samsung appliances. After wash is complete everything sparkels/ shines such as your glasses and silverware. Once its complete it sends you message to your phone with a symbol. Also when it's complete it automatically opens the door about 3 or 4 inches.

Great Features and excellent results

Total FAIL/ discontinued parts--owned just 2 yrs!

I am a designer and have a Samsung business account. I have purchased the Bespoke refrigerator, and one of the 2023 versions of this dishwasher. have referred many, many people to buy the pieces from the Bespoke line. I bought this dishwasher a little over two years ago, Of course the warranty expired at 2 years. The repairperson said the parts for my particular model are already discontinued!!!!! So I need to buy a new dishwasher 27 months later!!! While I absolutely love the look of the appliances, so unique with the glass doors. As someone in the design and trade industry especially, recommending appliances to clients and friends. I am extremely, utterly disappointed in the brand now. There is a colossal lack of ethics and business responsibility to customers.

Amazing features and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet, I have to listen closely with no ambient noise to hear it running. I love the no heated dry and that the door auto open so it can dry. It cleans all of my dishes very well. The upper rack is adjustable to allow for different sizes items in the top or bottom. The upper bonus rack is great for lids.

I recommend

****My review is NOT part of the liars promotion and is completely honest.*** I really like this dishwasher, the upper utensil rack is great for saving room on the bottom by removing the other utensil rack. We have had no problems at all and ours dries our dishes great. The other real honest review on here, might want to get theirs looked at because it dedinitely should dry your dishes. We've had this for I think almost 3 years now and no complaints , except that if we leave the automatic open on- it still scares the life out of me everytime it opens. Jump everytime!! Haha It has a lot of options and you can download more for different settings depending on what youre washing. Will also tell you if there's a problem, which has never happened *knock on wood* and tell you when youre almost out of tablets, when its done etc! I recommend to a friend and anyone looking for a really decent affordable smart dishwasher :)

Update to previous review 2024

This is an update to initial review back in 2024, which was also entirely negative. Not only was the installation process a nightmare, and all the hassle we had to go through to get the dishwasher to even clean our dishes, but here we are 1yr and 5mos from purchase date and the dishwasher is dead. Will not even power on. Went through every single troubleshooting suggestion, nothing. And it turns out we may have model that has a thermal fuse that can NOT be replaced! If it dies so does your dishwasher! I wish I could sue Samsung, but they don't care. They've been sued for their refrigerators (my sister has one involved in the class action suit), ice makers and farming your info from their TV's and they still sell the junk that earned them class action lawsuits. Will NEVER buy a single Samsung product again in my life!

One of Many Samsung Appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely quiet dishwasher. All modes use so far have worked to expectations. Would like if the bottom racks were foldable but not a deal breaker. The wireless capabilities have never been used...that to me is not a valued function.

Horrible Install Experience! Dishwasher is just ok

I have NEVER experienced such poor service ever in the past 50 years. First deliver, delivery guy brings the dishwasher but says he cannot install because he is not certified to do so. Leaves with unit. One week later, the second person arrives and says he cannot cannot install-no experience and training-left the dishwasher in my living room 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! and there it had to stay. Seriously, how do you entertain for Christmas with all of the beautiful decorations and a dishwasher in the middle of the living room? Third person came with no tools and no parts. Removed the old dishwasher and he and a partner dragged it out and LEFT IT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DRIVEWAY! He, too, was not qualified and came with no tools. None of our guests could park in our driveway. Fourth service person came and spoke no English and we communicated via his translation app on his phone. He could not install because he brought the "installation kit" which included no screws, no clamps, -nothing. He DID bring a hose, however it was a hose to an ice maker for a refrigerator! That installation went badly as well. FIFTH time we were scheduled my husband and I changed our schedule to accommodate the service appointment. NO PERSON FROM THE DELIVERY and INSTALLATION TEAM CAME. They had marked delivery as done and installed and never showed up. My brother BOUGHT all the parts he needed to install including screws, bolts, and hoses, and installed the new one. We did call Samsung with questions we had and the woman who answered could only point us to the installation book (which we did not receive with the dishwasher-just like we never received the installation kit with it either!) She emailed the PDF to us which we had to print ourselves. It was a huge number of pages (I don't remember the number off hand). Absolutely horrible. We have used it a few times and it seems to work as it should. Would not buy any appliance from Sam's again. I spent HOURS arguing on the phone with people over a period of about 5 weeks. Truly a horrible experience.

Best for daily usage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was struggling before for my dishwasher , this is I got best one for my daily usage for a large quantity of vessels. It's partitioned so easy to put spoons and cups on top . Quick clean with less water so energy efficient and drying mode too . Making less noise .

Very disappointed

I'm beyond disappointed in the delivery service utilized by Sam's Club. we were just notified that they cancelled the service install on our dishwasher for the THIRD time. They refused to take out our old dishwasher and after we did so ourselves they keep scheduling a day to do the rest of their job and have cancelled each time. I am sure the dishwasher itself is fine but be prepared for a horrible experience from the delivery team if the utilize rxo for the delivery
