My husband loves this grill. He is a professional chef and is cooking almost everything outside on this. It took us a while to put it together but the directions were easy to follow. We had one piece missing that they shipped immediately.

Ok, make sure you have plenty of room to lay out the parts and do your assembly. All the parts were exceptionally packaged, so it took time to unwrap, but once the grill was assembled, for me, the few hours it took, was/is - well worth it! Have used it a couple of times already and the grill rocks! Many options to do many different types of cooking out doors!! The only downer is it's price tag, but hope it holds up and I have it many years...

This is our second one and we are very happy with our purchase. As we live in Florida within 5 miles of the Gulf, we realize no matter what grill we have rust will always be an issue but we have enjoyed it so far and I like it has 4 burners instead of 3. Plus you can't beat Smoke Hollow customer service for parts replacements.

I bought this grill just prior to the Memorial Day holiday weekend. I used it heavily that weekend and every thing seems OK so far. I paid someone to assemble the grill and it took close to 5 hours to assemble. I seems that the removable tray that is supposed to catch the ash from the charcoal is useless though.

The very first piece did not line up with the holes...and it only continued until it was completed. I had to drill all new holes and got very frustrated. Who ever is in charge of quality assurance needs to look twice. Took 8 hours, not 90 minutes. Sure it works fine, but what a frustrating experience!

Good buy, it looks nice, and we are enjoying the gas and charcoal option. The smoker doesnt get hot enough to smoke anything. We tried to smoke a pork shoulder but after 13 hours it never got hot enogh so we finished it in the conventional oven. Itbstill gave it the smoke flavor but not the desire results.

I have not used the grill but I wanted to make buyers aware that u will be putting this thing together. My husband is extremely handy we take on a lot of DIY and this grill took him about 4 hours! The overall concept is great since u have 4 components but it's a process to put together and I'm hoping it's worth it.

Was very hesitant at first when purchasing this product. Price point was super inexpensive and yet the description was promising to deliver a lot. You do have to assemble the grill which, with the instructions is a bit of a pain. Overall the grill totally blew all expectations. All different cooking styles work great and give the different tastes to the way that you cook. Good investment.

We love every feature about the grill! We have learned how to smoke, charcoal grill, and the propane grill is great to have when we want something quicker. Only downside was assembly, it took us close to 4 hours. I would not detract any rating from the grill, because it was worth the effort. The added storage shelf on the bottom has also been nice to keep non perishables on, and the wheels make moving the grill a breeze. Quality product all around.

This grill was purchased to replace a similar grill that rusted out. i am pleased with gas cooking, in that there is more control of the heat than previous grill. the right side is for charcoal and the ember bed can be elevated or lowered as needed to adjust heat. the exhaust vent is adjustable on the charcoal side to keep all heat when smoking with the firebox or let some out.
