I bought this 06/02/19 return 3 different defected items. And I still have a defected one that flames up, cant get parts to match up for installation. This one should be replaced with a complete put together unit. I AM WAITING

I have had this grill for three weeks. Everything seems to work very well. Have not had it long enough to see how it will hold up but so far it is great.

Best barbecue I have ever bought and I've had quite a few. The sear station is a unexpected bonus the smokebox allows cool smoking. Gas grill, charcoal grill or both of the same time. The options are nearly Limitless on how I want to cook.

Grill may be good. I did not used until now ( purchased one month ago ). Smoke Hallow's after sales service is very bad. I got new grill and difficult to fix gas valve. They attached two screws of gas valve suppose to remove from the gas valve and attached with body of the grill. But one screw very tight and normal screw driver is not enough to remove from gas valve. I registered complaint with Smoke Hallow but no response from the manufacturer. Their phone number is not useful and nobody there to answer. After a month, arrange a local company to fix the problem and they charged $100.00 as their service charge.

I bought this grill a few weeks back and it has already gotten a lot of use! I am a lover of charcoal grills and have been resistant on getting a gas one so this combo grill was a compromise. I love everything about it, from the searing side grill to smoker attachment. I love getting out to fire up the charcoal portion and when needing a quick piece of grilled chicken I love the ease of the gas portion. It is a great grill.

I like the grill but four factors contribute to my 3.5/4 star rating. 1. You don't actually get the same grill that's in the picture on the website. The grill I got has four burners on gas side and charcoal grill is smaller. Also, the charcoal height adjustment and drip trays are different than the standard ps9900 series grill. 2. On my first time using the grill, the painted writing/directions on the grill smeared so it makes it look bad in certain spots. 3. Very small wheels for how much this thing weighs. If I roll it off the cement into the yard it immediately sinks and makes real hard to move around. 4. How much this grill leaks. When using the offset smoker box, it can be difficult to maintain the optimal smoking temp and keep smoke from leaking out of 10 different spots on the grill. I had to get high temp sealer tape for both grill and smoker box lid to prevent leaks. I do love the capabilities of this grill overall. I use the sear burner for multiple reasons, including quickly starting charcoal in a chimney. Just sit it on and less than 5 mins you have charcoal ready to go that you can dump in charcoal grill or offset smoker box. A few medications and it's been a great grill. Grill covers are pretty expensive though, so figure another $50 to $70 on a cover.

Have had no problems with the grill or any of it's functions the only reason I gave it four rather that five stars...the assembly was a nightmare.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. One of the tack-welds on the wheel is broken, so I am going to have to get the brand new grill repaired before we can even finish putting it together. :(
