Was very excited to get this grill for Mothers Day. Had it for 3 weeks before the main handle broke off, scratching the hole front of the grill, looks horrible now. Called the company for a replacement, was on hold for 20 minutes. After waiting for 10 days with no response I called them again (on hold for 25 minutes) just to be told that handle is out of stock with no way to tell if/when it will be in stock again. Pretty much this grill is useless to me now with not being able to open the grill. Very disappointed.

The grill is decent, but I used the third party assembly people to put it together. Do not do this. They took a week to show up. The searer was not installed properly and does not work. One of the burners stopped lighting the second time we used it (all four burners only light from the ignition - they will not light the adjacent one). The third party assembly company took no responsibility when contacted and referred me to the manufacturer.

I bought this about 2 years ago. it worked great until the main body rusted out. There are NO parts available for this other than the burners which are perfectly fine. We keep ours covered at all times & even scrubbed any rust spots with steel wool & used high heat paint on it to slow the rust. The metal on here is very very cheap however and very thin. If they did this same grill in stainless steal and backed it with a Decent warranty like most quality grills i would rebuy in a heart. Or if they sold replacement parts i would fix this one. The only redeeming part of this grill is the layout and functionality is great. If only the quality were not sooo bad. Like most things if it comes with a 1 year warranty assume after 2 years you will need a new one.

Rusty handle, bracket in charcoal side want raise the charcoal up stripped out. Can't get a answer from smoke hollow. I've in pictures warranty info picture of my invoice, left messages on phone. Worst company I have ever delt with. I will never purchase anything from them again.

This is a nice grill for the money. The instructions were very detailed, which made it easy to assemble. I have used the charcoal and smoker side and it holds temperature nice for most of the day for pulled pork. I have not tried the gas side yet, but I am sure I will soon.

I've had this grill for about 2 months now and everything I've cooked on it so far has turned out great. At purchase, it was heavier than I expected. I had to have someone from the store help me lift the box into the back of my truck. Took me a little over 3 hours to put together. I haven't used the sear grill yet. Temperatures seem easy to regulate using the vents or adjusting the gas. I don't leave my gas tank on all the time, so it's a bit cumbersome to have to reach behind and turn the tank valve off. Be sure to follow the 'seasoning' procedures to help prepare your grill for better cooking and prolong it's life. I bought the cover for it to protect from the elements.

I was a little worried since Sam's didn't have a floor model, but it turns out that we are very happy with the quality and look of the grill. When we opened the box we discovered a dent in the gas/charcoal box. I immediately called the number provided and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service. The agent offered to ship a new piece or give us a free cover. I had ordered a cover a couple of days before and she offered to credit the cost back. We took the free cover and saved $70. It did take about 5 hours to put together; however, everything was so well marked, and the directions were so clear, that it was really easy. So far we are very happy with the performance. We did discover some things that people posted on YouTube that do add to the performance, i.e. lifting the grate for smoking wood so that the fire gets enough air to keep burning. Sam's also had the best price on this item. I found it at various sites for up to $700 and we got it at our local Sam's for $369.

Our local Sam's had this grill in the clearance section because of the bottom of the box got wet. All the pieces were there. The directions were pretty straight forward, also complete with pictures. It is definitely a 2 man job. It wasn't had to understand the directions. It took a while to finish building it, but was worth it in the end!

I bought a couple months ago and have used both sides at 3 times and once together so far so good gas grill gets really hot only thing I've found that I dont like is there is a gap between all the lids to let the heat out but I'm in the process of sealing them all up overall very pleased with this grill for the price!!!

Just put this together last weekend. Out of the box, the stainless steel handles are rusted. Front panel was all bent up and had a boot mark on it - still in the plastic. Somebody at Smoke Hollow thought it was good enough to put in the plastic bag and sell. Called the 800 number, the message tells you to go online and then hangs up on you. Go online and fill out their form, nobody gets back to you (one week so far). Decided to smoke some ribs today anyway. The lid on the firebox and charcoal grill do not seal. All my smoke (and heat) was pouring out of every crack and crevice - very little made it to the chimney. I couldn't get the heat above 150 degrees (80+ degrees outside and sunny). The LP side was 125 degrees just from the sun - not even turned on. Had to bring the ribs in the house to finish cooking them. Sam's Club - if you're reading this - you need to drop this vendor. They really make you look bad. It's going to be a pain to return it because of the size, but if i have to drag it behind my car - this is going back!!!
