The sear burner is what sold me.

I have had this grill for 2 yrs. part that holds charcoal is burnt up. can not replacement parts;

Mine lasted 3 years before rust made it unusable. It was versatile- gas, charcoal, smoking, but didn't do any of that particularly well.

I purchased this grill and cover last year. It has sat on my deck with the cover on since then. The cover is now torn in several places and is denigrating and extremely faded.

I bought this grill for my husband 2 years ago. It has rust so bad the grates won't even stay up. I do not recommend buy this grill. You can not even buy the replacement parts because it is the main part of grill.

My wife bought this today and the very first step the holes on the drip pan don't line up with the body. Didn't want to bother drilling holes since others were having same issues. Went to return back and 2 other grills were being returned. Go figure!

We purchased this grill on 5-4-20. On 5-6-20 we went to assemble it and the side of the main part was bent inwards. We loaded it back into the van, returned to the store and exchanged it for another one. Luckily, we checked the 2nd one we purchased before leaving the parking lot (it took 5-10 minutes to open and unload enough to see it). The new one was bent in as well, but on a different side. Returned completely and will not buy this brand again! Very disappointed!

I purchased this grill after waiting for it to become available after being out of stock on line and in club. 12 days later grill arrived-happy family. I spent 20 minutes unpacking the large box and discovered that the inside arm that lowers/raises the charcoal is so bent that it scratched up the inside of the grill and won't budge. Which is surprising because the arm looks pretty thick. the front of the grill was also dinged and scratched. I called into Sams.com and was told that I could return the grill to my local store..which means I have to load up all the sections/pieces or call a shipping company and have them schedule a pick up. The box and all the Styrofoam we had already cut up and thrown in to recycle. :( So, being petite and mid-40's I will now have to make time and energy to solve a problem that I didn't have in the beginning. And I have no grill for Memorial day.

Do not buy this grill disassembled and without conducting a through inspection after assembly. I elected to assemble the grill myself which was not very difficult but many components came “pre corroded/rusted” out of the box. Absolutely zero customer support from the manufacturer!

I bought this grill a couple of weeks ago and have used it multiple times since. It is the perfect item for a home cook. I would advise you when assembling the grill to open all boxes and lay all parts in the order of assembly provided with the grill, this will speed up assembly greatly otherwise parts are kind of mixed up and you will be searching for parts holding up your assembly.
