Bought new grill today 5/26/18. Unboxed and saw the damage to rear of grill. With rubber mallet I was able to fix. (See attached photos). After a couple hours assembly I was ready to start the BBQ. I then noticed that on the charcoal holder tray there was rust already forming! (See attach photo) I have not even used it yet. Luckily I bout the 3 year extended warranty (that you must ask for...not offered). So we will see how long it last. The two stars were for the fact that it does look great!

Just like almost everyone that left a review here, I? bought mine 2 years ago, it just started rusting out of control. I? also bought the grill cover that was supposed to be a waterproof and it also fell apart months after I? purchased it. I? wish I? didn?t purchase it.

My husband was so excited to finally have a real grill, until he put it together. He ignored the already rusted handles, because big deal, right? Ha. Only one knob left that isn't broken, so you have to keep moving it over to use all 4 gas burners, which stopped lighting with the automatic button about 10 uses in. Swapped the battery, still nothing. The black paint is already chipping away all over the grill, the shelving grates are rusted, the wheel lock is useless and it barely allows enough gas through to get to 500°. I'm returning it to Sam's- they can fight with the manufacturer- perhaps they'll get somewhere. I certainly didn't.

SMOKE HOLLOW - Smoke Hollow Pro Series 4-in-1 Gas & Charcoal Combo Grill : [MODEL: 47180T , SERIAL # 041107001] We've had this grill for a few years now ( 5 years or more). It's begun to rust inside, and all of the control knobs have fallen off. I'm researching replacement parts for it now.

Ours rusted out after a couple years, even with a Smoke Hollow cover!

Love it. Cooks to perfectly. Lights without effort. Love the style.
