Tough casing!

The meat is juicy and is quite tasty but the casing/skin is waaaay too tough.......my beloved hubby rarely complains but he did so after eating his lunch of Eckrich smoked sausage today! Grrrr.

Bought 2 packages of this sausage a few weeks ago. Cooked them for the game tonight, and they taste nasty. Don't smell bad or look strange, just has a weird taste. The sausage expires Nov 24 2023. #3JC02:30LOT:318862
