I purchased this over a year ago and love the way it cooks a whole chicken, brisket, and ribs. I will use this little oven before using my larger Traeger pellet smoker. Well worth the money.

Had this oven for a little over a week and used it twice for pizza and once for baking bread. All three times have been amazing successes. We're shocked how easy it was to use and how good the results were. Our first try was standard New York style pizza. We used the universal dough recipe provided in the Ninja book. We made two of those pizzas and both turned out perfect. Next we tried a deep dish pizza and it turned out as good if not better than anything you would get at Uno's or any Detroit style pizzaria. Lastly, my wife baked the Ninja basic white bread recipe and it looked and tasted amazing too. I'm not really a big bread person but I couldn't resist just eating slice after slice without even anything on it. We look forward to many more amazing pizzas and trying all kinds of other foods in it too. If we could change one thing, it would just be that we wish it could be used inside like some of the other electric pizza ovens but for as good as it does we really can't complain.

For this oven for Christmas. Not happy with product. First, it’s easier to make pizza in my kitchen oven. Second, transferring the dough to the ninja oven is a bear. If it doesn’t go perfect you have a gigantic mess cooking. Third, it’s difficult to clean. Gadgets should make life easier, not more complex. Don’t recommend this product.

One of my favorite products ever. Until the poorly designed membrane buttons stopped working. Why use those???? the dials and physical push buttons still work fine. Outside of warranty window and heartbroken that I wasted so much money on this thing and it's dead in a year.

So far we've cooked pork shoulder, chicken thighs, pizza (learning curve to this one!), chicken wings, and pork chops. Love using smoke or not. I like using this outside oven to keep from heating up the kitchen. Individual pizzas a fun family dinner.

NOT WATERPROOF. This item is advertised as an outdoor appliance but is not designed to withstand the elements. There are multiple points where water intrusion is possible which will cause the internal electronic boards to corrode. This is likely why so many reviews state the oven quit working after a short time. Mine lasted a year (in CA where we rarely get rain) and the board failed. The photo shows the internal corrosion. Very disappointing that such an expensive item is rendered obsolete through no fault of the customers.

I have never made a Neapolitan pizza, and if your GF you begin with low expectations. I watched various YouTube videos, and most people said they ruined the first 10 or so pizzas. My first was a total success! I did use caputo GF pizza four, low moisture mozzarella block cheese, and San Marino tomatoes. I used my bread mixer to knead the dough, I let it slow rise in the fridge about 18 hours, and I preheated the ninja for about 40 minutes. I cooked each pizza 3 minutes. I used 200g of the caputo, and now I have decided that would make 3 personal pizza. I actually made one small one and one larger. The larger could've used a bit more cooking time, but really I just had the dough too thick. I was shocked how it was able to rise. Next time I will use the same amount but make 3 or even 4 small pizzas. I also tried a couple peices of fresh basil with evoo on top and won't do that again. Amazing! I can't wait to make another. Also, I'm a horrible cook so I get extra kudos.

I purchased 2 of these and the they failed one in less than a year and the other less than 2 years. Can't buy parts so they are junk. Ninja is replacing the one less than a year but the other they won't help at all. I looked on line and a whole list of people have the same exact problem.

After 2 years of moderate use, my oven's LCD screen is non responsive. It'll turn on and change between settings but I cannot change temp, cook time, or start it up. The people at ninja I emailed with were quick to respond and pleasant but the unit is out of warranty. They offered a 30% discount on a new one but I'm not sure the cost for 2 years of use is worth it. I enjoyed it while it lasted.

Makes great pizzas, and tasty, smoky ribs with no drama. Can be a little messy, but no more than any smoker.
