Able to reach high temps, just the right kiss of smoke, sturdy stone and pan (rack could be a little heftier or designed with center support). Love that the oven has ready signal sounds and timed shut off. Be aware the pellet hopper embers continue after a shorter cook. Overall, extremely pleased with this outdoor oven. Have recommended to others…high praise from this kitchen “snob”.

I was wanting a Ninja pizza cooker but not just an appliance that does 1 thing. THIS DOES IT ALL. Roasting, Smoking and Pizza. We haven’t roasted with it but the pizzas are amazing and quick. We smoked a pork shoulder and that was delicious. So very happy.

I cannot say enough good things about this Ninja unit. We have several Ninja products and this one just keeps up with the amazing quality and versatility of all the others. This heats up pretty quickly and stays hot. The cook is perfectly even and definitely something everyone should add to their backyard kitchen.

Made the best tasting crust and wood fired pizza I have ever tasted! Even better than the restaurants! I put garlic butter on the edges of the crust, and olive oil mixed with minced garlic on the crust before I put the pizza sauce on it. Add basil and the cheese and toppings and it is so crunchy and tasty! We have also cooked steaks and chicken breasts on it as well, cooks very fast as well as the meat is tasty & juicy, does not dry out the meat. I do not regret this purchase at all!

This item does SO much! I bought it for my husband with hopes he'd enjoy the outdoor pizza setting, but we've loved using every setting and the food is always done perfectly. This is a very well made product and we are continuously pleased with our purchase.

Product does not work after 2 uses. Unfortunately, it sat in the box for a year after purchase and used it for the first time during Christmas. Don't buy this junk. If you research online, you will see lots of people having issues with the control panel. I wish this ninja product lasted more than 2 uses. Paid a lot of money to buy accessories as well. I understand its ninja policy, but still would have expected the product to run more than twice.

This will be the third one that I have used. The first one the seal around the door was not done correctly so all the smoke came out around all parts of the door. The second one the buttons on the front stopped working. Both times ninja has gone above and beyond with replacing and getting them back to me but moving forward I will only use this for pizza, bread, and baking to try to prevent any problem with the buttons on the front.

I bought this two years ago and the oven and included items feel high quality. I only used it once or twice until recently. In the last six months probably used it 6 times. I prepared some great meals in it for Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, I can no longer adjust the cook time and cook temperature. It will not move off of whatever the last setting was. Contacted Ninja support and was told it is not under warranty so see you later. Not asking for a free replacement just if there is a part I can replace or a reset that I am not seeing. Fortunately, I did buy the extended warranty so I will probably try the oven again, because it really was amazing when it worked. Hopefully this one was just a lemon.

Love making pizza in this oven! Takes no time at all and cooks it perfectly
