I have bought a foam cooling mattress from Sams about 12 years ago in Cal King and loved it however when I moved I had an estate sale and sold it. I was looking an adjustable bed and wanted to downsize I bought a queen. The bed so far is fine for sleeping however I do not think it is a true queen size. I bought queen sheets from Sams at the same time and they are large for the bed. There other issue is the mattress is soft not sure how it will hold up over the years.

I purchased this bed as a bundle. Split king twin xl, on July 11, 2023. Fed Ex arrived today, July 18th with two adjustable bases. No mattresses. Sam’s customer service confirmed that we only received the bases and processed the order for a replacement. Now I have to wait another week to see if I get the entire bed in. In the meantime they send me a email to print out the return label and take these two heavy bases to Fed Ex. I’m the one out and all I get is this mess. I will never order anything else from them( Sam’s or Ghost bed)

This review is more based the delivery and initial impression of the products. I've barely slept in the bed so far, but that has nothing to do with the products. You see I failed to plan. It took me a bit to get help to set everything up, and then realized I didn't account for one of my cats who is a chewer of cables and cords. I had to build a fence under the bed itself. 🤦♀️Again nothing to do with ghostbed. Attention pet owners, don't be me. Have a plan. Will try to update after more sleeps.

This bed is super uncomfortable. It's hard as a rock! We did our research and went forward with the purchase based on reviews. The base is great, easy to install and operate. But the mattress is cheaply made and incredibly uncomfortable, even with a mattress topper on. We unfortunately missed the return window, but are very dissatisfied. Ghostbed insists that you contact them before contacting the seller. Which I did, but they didn't offer any solutions.

This bed installed in 1,2,3 and everything seems to work! Must say i was a bit apprehensive about buying a bed in a box, sight unseen, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort. It took a few nites to find our right positions, but we are totally happy with our purchase!

The bed is soft and firm all at the time. I haven’t slept this well in years.

It is definitely a much cooler mattress than my previous Beauty Rest Black that was about ten years old. I definitely get a much better sleep than I had previously.

Bases and no mattresses for the split King. Waiting on customer service to get back to me. If they fix it, I will update my review but this is beyond ridiculous.

The massage feature is a joke, all it does is vibrates. extra $$$$ was a waste. the lights don't come on automatically. all other features are great. the frame fits within my old headboard and frame.

After our beds were delivered, the setup process was very easy and quick. These beds are really comfortable and we’re glad we decided to buy them. Thank you for a good nights sleep.
