The mattress was incredibly comfortable! I don't understand how there are not a million reviews about how slippery the mattress is. We bought the set bc we needed the adjustable base, but every time the head is elevated, we slide down through the night, and the sheets come off. It was slightly better with a mattress pad on, but i removed it, thinking it was the problem. It only got worse without it. We have to remake the bed every day!

This review is more based the delivery and initial impression of the products. I've barely slept in the bed so far, but that has nothing to do with the products. You see I failed to plan. It took me a bit to get help to set everything up, and then realized I didn't account for one of my cats who is a chewer of cables and cords. I had to build a fence under the bed itself. 🤦♀️Again nothing to do with ghostbed. Attention pet owners, don't be me. Have a plan.Will try to update after more sleeps.

After our beds were delivered, the setup process was very easy and quick. These beds are really comfortable and we’re glad we decided to buy them. Thank you for a good nights sleep.

This bed installed in 1,2,3 and everything seems to work! Must say i was a bit apprehensive about buying a bed in a box, sight unseen, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort. It took a few nites to find our right positions, but we are totally happy with our purchase!

We were ready for a new bed and shopped around. The price of mattresses in the retail setting made us wonder if we wanted to spend a fortune on a bed! The Ghost bed online looked interesting and affordable so we purchased the split king Lux foam with adjustable base and the white glove installation. We were surprised that all the shipment came quickly and the setup was done in a very professional and educational way. We have had several nights of peaceful sleep and feel that the features have provided some healthful aspects. We are hoping not to run into any concerns for many years. Our only complaint might be that we haven't learned to make the bed in the morning-we just want to stay in bed.

I have one GhostBed bundle already. I like it so much that I bought a second one. The quality and comfort of this bed tops all other beds I've slept on and I've been around over 70 years.

I purchased this bed as a bundle. Split king twin xl, on July 11, 2023. Fed Ex arrived today, July 18th with two adjustable bases. No mattresses. Sam’s customer service confirmed that we only received the bases and processed the order for a replacement. Now I have to wait another week to see if I get the entire bed in. In the meantime they send me a email to print out the return label and take these two heavy bases to Fed Ex. I’m the one out and all I get is this mess. I will never order anything else from them( Sam’s or Ghost bed)

I didn't buy this from Sams, I bought directly from Ghost Bed. Sams at the time did not have this for sale. I wish they did because this price is $700 cheaper than what I paid direct. First, this is a great bed. Many foam, gel foam, memory mattresses tend to lose their edges support and they end up being impossible to sleep on as it eventually feels like your on a slant to the floor. This bed DOES NOT lose its support on the edges at all and I'm 240lbs. Its as good now as it was when I bought it 18 months ago. Some mentioned why the frame doesn't come with the mattress, its a different company and they will ship separate, but within a week of each other. The Frame is awesome and I highly recommend it as mine came with vibration. If you get heartburn a-lot or your partner snores, you will love the adjustable frame for those tough nights. Raise your head a bit and its gone and there is even a snore button for the frame. My wife and I are currently staying in Florida for 3 months and every day we miss our Ghost Bed. What a difference it makes in overall sleep.

This sleep experience is the best. Sleeping like I haven't in years. The massage mattress is a life changer. I researched this mattress and GhostBed. They receive high marks on Consumer Reports. As a side sleeper, I tossed my TempurPedic Adapt Pro Hybrid and Ergo base (only 3 years old!) and it's the best decision I've ever made. The Rodney in sales and Celia, the White Glove Coordinator, were both excellent to work with. The extra efforts were so appreciated. I am blessed to own this mattress. I just received the king hybrid and my problem is the paperwork, instructions, and warranty. The warranty is stated as 25 years, but the paperwork states it is a 10 year replacement warranty and anything after that is prorated with the 11th year only a 50% refund with each year after that an additional 5% reduction. So really only a 10 year warrant, not a 25 year warranty. Second the instructions are basically useless. I can put anything together, but the instructions and pictures are ridiculous. The two cheap plastic pieces that hold the two beds together are like a child after thought and not explained very well how to install them. They fit like somebody didn't have time to make the proper piece. The cost of headboard brackets to attach a headboard is outrageous. I will make my own. I like the feel of the bed and hopefully it will sleep well.
