Twin Xl bases and mattress.
Ordered online because of all the great reviews. They definitely live up to it. The only thing was the shipping. They left it on the bottom of our stairs and one of the mattresses (twin xl) was wide open. Thankful when seen it when we did cause it poured rain within the hour. I get the fact that the bases and the mattress were heavy but at least let us know that they are at the bottom of the stairs. We have never had an adjustable base and we like it for relaxing watching tv and such. So far we haven’t used the “sleep” feature. The mattresses are cool feeling and seem a bit silky which makes the fitted sheet move a bit. But sleep wise we love it.

Amazing Ghost bed with adjustable frame
I was very hesitant to buy a bed in a box without having tried it out. I read all the reviews and decided to try it. I could not be more happy with it. Samsclub.com needs to investigate why the warehouse is only shipping the mattress and not the adjustable base for this set. I ordered this set twice and each time I received just the mattress. I finally gave up and returned the 2nd mattress that was delivered to the Battle Creek MI store for a refund. While I was there I purchased a Serta hybrid mattress. It shouldn’t be that hard to get what you order.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! SEE THE TWO UPDATES!!!
SEE 2ND & 3RD UPDATE BELOW: This has been a NIGHTMARE! I only received the tracking number for one item, which was the ghost bed adjustable base, and I only got the tracking number for the mattress because I've been looking at my fedex account, due to other issues I had with a previous ghost bed order, which we cancelled... Before it was cancelled, I had only received one tracking number on that order as well, which was for the adjustable bed base... Anyway, I've been having issues with fedex following my delivery instructions, so I've been back and forth with them and with sams. They delivered the adjustable bed base today and again, they didn't follow instructions, and after we had put the bed together, we noticed a hole on the left side of the base on the head of the bed, on the left side if you're standing behind, looking the head of the bed... I had seen tears and holes in the box but I didn't think it was anything that could have damaged the base... It's like a puncture hole, like the box was dropped on something, because if they just dropped it on the floor, there wouldn't be anything to puncture it like it is... Anyway, by the time I went to the trash dumpster area, they had already picked up the trash... It seems to work when I tested all the functions but I'm not happy at all with that puncture hole... I have included a picture of it!!! BTW, the battery panel on the back of the remote control, where you put the batteries, seems poorly made because it's loose, and slides open easy and makes ratting noise when using it... I called sams twice today, 06/06/2025, and I was disconnected, once when I had explained all my situation, from this order and all my fedex issues; then I was disconnected after being on hold 5 minutes... I tried chat too and was disconnected from that, it's been a horrible day and like I said, a nightmare experience... I'm supposed to get the mattress tomorrow, which when I looked at sams club page today, under the order, it now shows the tracking number for the mattress but I never got notified in my email, like I normally do about tracking information... 2ND UPDATE: 06/08/2025 Well, fedex again didn't follow instructions that I have on my fedex account, so I didn't get my mattress yesterday or today; I believe the driver is doing this on purpose now, because I have complained several times... I went into my fedex delivery manager on 06/07/2025 and I removed the previous instructions, which said to deliver packages to apartment door and I added new instructions, that tells the driver to dial my apartment number on the callbox, which is located in the entrance area, and it will call my phone... I even called fedex on 06/07/2025, and had them add additional instructions because the delivery manager doesn't allow you to add much as far as instructions... Well, both days I waited, and the driver just left a door tag on the front doors of the apartment building, in the main entrance where the callbox is, that all visitors and delivery drivers have access to... My recommendation to anyone who orders a ghost bed from sams, is that you watch for your tracking numbers, under your fedex account, which can be accessed at the top, once you login, where it says TRACKING, then under that you can go to "Advanced Shipment Tracking", where it shows all your fedex packages that have been delivered and also the ones that are incoming to your address... I've seen people say they get one item but not the other, and I'm wondering if their packages are getting stolen, which is another problem of mine, because before I started complaining about fedex not following instructions, they were just leaving all my packages in the wide open mailroom, where anyone who walks in behind someone who has a fob to enter, can just take anything they want freely, which has been happening more and more, since people who live here have been caught stealing packages, because there are cameras everywhere. So now, I guess they've figured out another way, where they're having someone who doesn't live here, and can't be identified, come in and steal packages... BTW, the base is different from the pictures; if you look at the images I include showing their image and my actual base, the base is not solid as shown, they have velcro pieces, that you have to go around securing in place on the top half of the base... 3RD UPDATE: 06/09/2025 Well, I finally got the mattress, which was only because I had asked apartment management to be on the lookout for fedex because they keep failing to follow my delivery instructions and are not delivering any of my packages, since I made several complaints... See the picture of the mattress cover defect/flaw I found after I unpacked it... This is beyond RIDICULOUS, having paid almost $1700 dollars, for an adjustable bed base that came with a hole and now this mattress defect/flaw issue... BTW, the flashlight on the remote doesn't stay on like it is supposed to, you have to keep pressing it down and holding it, if you want to use the flash light... I laid on the mattress and it seems to be too firm, at least for me, and not as advertised... I'm definitely going to be returning both, once I recover from this GHOST BED NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! Now I have to try and find another mattress and another adjustable bed base, before I can return this ghost bed and I'm not looking forward to dealing with this... BTW, the customer service via chat and phone at sams, seems to have gone downhill and they don't seem to be as competent and helpful as they once were and they definitely don't seem to be consistent in their return policies... However, I was able to find an amazing escalations team member who is taking care of this situation for me, her name is ROSBYR; she has turned this nightmare experience with fedex, sams customer service and with the poor quality adjustable bed base and mattress I was sent from ghost bed, into a more bearable experience!!!
