We just installed this AC unit this past weekend but saying it’s quite is an understatement!! It’s so quiet sometimes I’m not sure it’s even on!! It cools extremely well too! I am very impressed!

This review is for the 12,000 btu. If you want a unit that is super quiet then by all means, this is for you. Problem is it doesn't cool worth a darn. Its quiet because it doesn't blow the air out anywhere near as much as an ac should. I also don't think it is as cold as it should be. i replaced with this because my 12,000 btu LG took a dump after about 15 years. I kept going back and forth whether I should stick with LG or try this one, and I made the wrong decision. It barely cools down the room after running for quite some time, where my LG would have the room freezing in a matter of minutes. My opinion is spend your money on something better. I will be purchasing the LG I've been looking at and taking this one back asap. If you read a review and it says the unit is loud, its because it blows out a ton of cold air quickly. The reviews I read on this said its a very quiet unit, that's because it doesn't blow out cold air as fast and as cold as a 12,000 btu should.

I purchased this AC unit last summer. Worked absolutely wonderful last summer. Went to use it this summer %26 cannot get my room below 81 degrees! It tells me the filter is dirty (it’s not) diagnostic comes back that it is working properly. Has been VERY uncomfortable this summer. Compressor sounds like it’s running but the air doesn’t have that air conditioner coolness coming out. Very Frustrating!! An air conditioner should last more than 4 months (at the most)!

This unit is worth every penny; I am so amazed. I have it on almost 24 hr a day, and it barely move my electric bill. it's been about 100 degrees where I leave in Riverside California, and I haven't turn on my central AC since I bought this unit. I highly recommended

I absolutely love my 12,000 BTU Window AC unit! It's very simple to set up and it cools my 3rd floor apartment with ease. Being able to control it from the app and schedule what time of the day it turns on and off is one of its best features, especially if you're trying to keep your electric bill low during the summer.

We bought this during a 100+ degree heatwave after another unit died. It is so quiet that when I turn the LED lights off to sleep, my husband asks if it's on. Seriously, it's insanely quiet and puts out VERY cold air. The reason I gave it four stars and not five is that the fan isn't very strong. The cold air doesn't get pushed as far out into the room as older units were able to. But I guess if the fan was stronger it would ruin the whisper quiet wonder of this unit. All in all we are very please and just hope it lasts longer than our last couple of units from other brands that died after 2-3 seasons.

Avoid this brand altogether or until they stop using condensation water to cool unit. It’s full of mold and it’s making me sick. It’s impossible to clean without taking it apart which is impossible for me since I am on the second floor and elderly. The output of cold air is weak on high and cool setting. It’s like a have a 500 btu rather than a 12000. It’s too hot this year to put up with this nonsense so I got rid of it and don’t recommend this brand. I’ve had this for two years and had to replace it. It still technically works but not as I expected.

This thing sucks. I purchased this for a 400-square-foot room. My last AC cooled it wonderfully, but it recently died. I picked this up, and it struggles to cool the room. If it's 90 degrees outside, this AC struggles. I'd return it, but the box is long gone. Lesson learned, though. Don't ever buy a Midea again.

Great price for a great Air Conditioner! Our family is very happy with this Midea brand 12K BTU Air Conditioner with remote. Definitely recommend purchasing the 3year extended warranty for peace of mind it won't break down or give us any issues.👍

Great unit, 12k btu inverter unit was on sale cheaper than the 8k Btu unit. Pairs to the app so I can control with my other Midea mini split units. Very pleased with the purchase.
