This is the worst, lowest quality air conditioner I have ever owned. Only 3 months old and already full of mold. The water cannot drain correctly, even with the plug removed from the back. It is mounted at the proper angle for water to drain but it does not. The inside front of the unit where the filter goes is full of mold, only some of which can even be reached. And it's impossible to even clean the visible mold without bending the fins on the lower part of the evaporator. The reason this is so cheap is because it can only be used for a year or two, after that you will be breathing in mold that can't be reached or cleaned. Do not buy from this company, they already have other units under recall/return because of mold. They don't know what they are doing, or how to design an air conditioner.

Works great. Cools my entire downstairs. Quiet.

remote does not work. light panel unreadable. display panel unlit. will never, never buy this brand name again.
