Just tried this for 28 days, going to try it again wasn't too impressed.was excepting to sleep better, night sweats wasn't decreased. I get really embarrassed with my occasional fatigue. But I'm going to give it a second try.

Bought this product on Jan 6, and has bin taking it for little over two weeks. Thought I have seen some decrease in my hot flash, it is not the product for my skin; which as broken out in Eczema like rashes all over my body.
