I usually get the sleep version but it is difficult to find so I bought this. After 3 days my hot flashes are 10 times worse, waking up in the middle of the night sweating and my mood is crap.

Been taking this for a week and developed a rash on the side of my face, neck and hand. Was hoarse in the morning and constantly clearing my throat.

I've used Estroven for a couple of years. Initially, I stuck with it for 3 months before it really reached maximum effectiveness. But over past 6 months or so, hot flashes have been returning. I wonder if the preparation might have changed somehow?

This product is amazing! I was having multiple hot flashes an hour. Now they are just about eliminated. It took a few weeks for it to work. Then a significant improvement. So grateful for Estroven.
