they're very small, easy to swallow. you can take them anytime a day. I've also read that you can double up on them one in the morning and one at night. I have done this in the past. I have been on these for over a year and I will tell you that they totally help with your hot flashes. I have very little now and with your mood! he can tell a difference when I'm off them and when I am on them. Ladies, make your men happy cuz this is not a easy time for us and not for them either.
