To be honest, my symptoms didn't really go away, and some still remained bothersome. There was a difference, but not enough to know for sure that it was because of the Estroven. My hot flashes were still there.. just not as intense as previous. I did have a little more energy and noticed that I was sleeping more continuing hours before waking up. I guess it's not a fix all product. It did help a little. Some of the annoying tributes of menopause are lessened.

I have taken them as directed and really really was hoping I could finally see some relief. Thinking I may need to try it for another month or so and maybe then it will kick in.

I would normally discount a review Iike this one but please read. I had at least 10 hot flashes a day and 3 or so at night. I was so miserable that I was just a bear to be around. Embarrassed to go out because I would be sweating so much. Dr recommend this and I took it. She said it may take a month which made me sad...but I stuck with it. At about the 27th day...all of the sudden the hot flashes stopped. All together. Haven’t had even one since . I can’t believe an over the counter drug worked this well, but it did. Try it.

I was really hoping it would with it being all natural. That being said I know everybody has different bodies so it may well work for them. I suffer with hot flashes, moodiness, irritability, and, sleeplessness. I first noticed a relief from night sweats on the 4th night. I am experiencing a much calmer disposition due to the fact I am sleeping much more restfully. I have noticed a change in dryness and am hoping to find more and continued benefits with prolonged use. I like that the days are printed on the blister pack. Perfect for menopausal forgetfulness! I wished it came in a larger count bottle, but I will be buying more!
