I too ordered this when it was described to have door storage. It doesn't. Delivery was 5 days later than the day I scheduled when I ordered. It cooled to freezing temps quickly. I think it will be a pain to defrost periodically, but oh well the price was right.

I have not owned this freezer long enough to give a performance review. As in other reviews, there are no bins or door shelves like in the description. There were 2 visible dents in the door. It is disappointing to make a purchase and it arrives damaged. I would have given 1 star but customer service exceeded my expectations.

I bought this freezer based on the website description. Upon receiving it, I noticed immediately that it was falsely advertised -- In the "Highlights" section, it says that there are 4 door bins, but there aren't any. Do not buy this if you would like to have the door bins.

i might have been interested if you listed the height and width. I have a limited space to put it in.

worst freezer ever it didnt last 4 months. lost $800 of meat. customer service at hamilton does nothing and doesnt even say sorry. sams club will refund though dont buy Hamilton beach products

A complete price of junk. Buyer beware! Freezer worked for 2 weeks and stopped. I was using it to store beef and seafood and lost several hundred dollars of food.

It looks like they changed the description of this model after I purchased it. It previously was described as having 3 shelfs 2 drawers and shelves on the door. The one I received has 5 shelves, NO drawers and NO shelves on the dootr.

It's a nice size and easy to move (on wheels and not very heavy). My only complaint (my fault for not reading more carefully) is that the shelving is not removable, which greatly impacts the cubic footage. I can't store nearly as much in this 10cu ft upright as I could in my 7cu ft chest, but other than that it's fine. The problem with the chest freezer is you have to take it all out to get something from the bottom, but this upright one, you can get to things easier but doesn't hold as much or tall things because shelving is not adjustable.

It was delivered on the day it was supposed to be. It's a good freezer it was set on 2 for temperature. That was too cold I love it.

have had mine for three years compartments ice over too quickly even on the lowest setting have to defrost it at least once a month have even added extra door sealer other than the frequent defrosting I love mine
