I've had this freezer for 4 months and it's exactly what I wanted.  No issues with frost build up/haven't defrosted it yet.  I like that it was "garage ready" since a lot of freezers don't work properly in an unheated garage.  Much easier to find items than in my chest freezer.

garage ready/works great

I too ordered this when it was described to have door storage. It doesn't. Delivery was 5 days later than the day I scheduled when I ordered. It cooled to freezing temps quickly. I think it will be a pain to defrost periodically, but oh well the price was right.

Description was wrong

It's a nice size and easy to move (on wheels and not very heavy). My only complaint (my fault for not reading more carefully) is that the shelving is not removable, which greatly impacts the cubic footage. I can't store nearly as much in this 10cu ft upright as I could in my 7cu ft chest, but other than that it's fine.   The problem with the chest freezer is you have to take it all out to get something from the bottom, but this upright one, you can get to things easier but doesn't hold as much or tall things because shelving is not adjustable.

Shelving is not adjustable or removable.

I purchased this upright freezer and, unfortunately, the original order arrived damaged with a noticeable dent. I returned it and reordered the same freezer, but the replacement also arrived with a dent in the door. Thankfully, the second dent was much smaller and less significant than the first one, so I decided to keep it.

Other than the cosmetic damage, the freezer itself works well and performs as expected. It cools properly, has a good amount of storage space, and runs quietly. I just wish there had been better quality control and handling during shipping.

Arrived damaged twice

I have not owned this freezer long enough to give a performance review. As in other reviews, there are no bins or door shelves like in the description. There were 2 visible dents in the door. It is disappointing to make a purchase and it arrives damaged. I would have given 1 star but customer service exceeded my expectations.

Damaged and false description

other than the frequent defrosting I love mine

This freezer is junk. Don't waste your money. Mine stopped working after only 5 months. I never moved it or abused it in any way it just quit working.

Junk Freezer

A complete price of junk. Buyer beware! Freezer worked for 2 weeks and stopped. I was using it to store beef and seafood and lost several hundred dollars of food.

Do not buy

I bought this freezer based on the website description. Upon receiving it, I noticed immediately that it was falsely advertised  -- In the "Highlights" section, it says that there are 4 door bins, but there aren't any. Do not buy this if you would like to have the door bins.

No door bins or drawers

It looks like they changed the description of this model after I purchased it.  It previously was described as having 3 shelfs 2 drawers and shelves on the door.  The one I received has 5 shelves, NO drawers and NO shelves on the dootr.
