metal shelves are nice, and door seals tightly. got to temperature overnight; we'll see how it holds up

I too ordered this when it was described to have door storage. It doesn't. Delivery was 5 days later than the day I scheduled when I ordered. It cooled to freezing temps quickly. I think it will be a pain to defrost periodically, but oh well the price was right.

I have not owned this freezer long enough to give a performance review. As in other reviews, there are no bins or door shelves like in the description. There were 2 visible dents in the door. It is disappointing to make a purchase and it arrives damaged. I would have given 1 star but customer service exceeded my expectations.

I purchased this upright freezer and, unfortunately, the original order arrived damaged with a noticeable dent. I returned it and reordered the same freezer, but the replacement also arrived with a dent in the door. Thankfully, the second dent was much smaller and less significant than the first one, so I decided to keep it. Other than the cosmetic damage, the freezer itself works well and performs as expected. It cools properly, has a good amount of storage space, and runs quietly. I just wish there had been better quality control and handling during shipping.

I received this freezer experiencing the same complaints as other's First off no door shelves and also it looks like it went thru a war getting to me two days later than I was told It looks like someone took a baseball bat too it Two big dents in door and smaller ones in several other area's FedEx delivered it so I called customer service for either a replacement or return it for a refund because it was not the freezer they described that you was buying The customer service employee was very unhelpful so I ended up telling them I would just return it and get my money back and purchase what I thought I was getting somewhere else She told me they would send out a pick up ticket to come and get it Well that was May and after several other calls back to them they still have never came and and picked up So I paid for a miss described freezer that is all beat ding and scratched up At one point on one of my calls I was just willing keep it if they would make some kind of adjustment on the price and I was told they don't do that On my phone app it states that refund was started on May 23 2026 but so far nothing else has been done and I am still waiting for someone to call me and it is going on 4 months now and still waiting

we bought this freezer a few years ago it no longer works it kept making ice on the door even if door was completely close. the top shelf was always full of ice. we would have to unplug and clean it every couple of months so we could get rid of the ice built up. DONT RECOMEND THIS FREEZER.

This freezer is junk. Don't waste your money. Mine stopped working after only 5 months. I never moved it or abused it in any way it just quit working.

This product is extremely unreliable. It lasted no longer than a year and a couple of months before it suddenly stopped working, I had to find another freezer last second before all of the perishables inside went bad. Save yourself the hassle, DO NOT BUY.

I bought this freezer based on the website description. Upon receiving it, I noticed immediately that it was falsely advertised -- In the "Highlights" section, it says that there are 4 door bins, but there aren't any. Do not buy this if you would like to have the door bins.

This item was given as a wedding gift. We just received a phone call from the recipient that the freezer has failed and all foods inside were lost. The husband is a hunter and had numerous wild game and other foods stored inside the freezer. This is a great loss for a freezer to have failed within only 6 months. How can we handle this situation?
