Never came with the on/off valve that it clearly shows in the photo and in the description. Super frustrating as this is the sole reason we ordered this!

This is literally the best water hose I have ever owned. It doesn’t kink, it’s lightweight, it doesn’t get hot when left out in the sun, and the free nozzle works better than any other I’ve used. I highly recommend this!

We love this hose super easy to use love the brass end on it and the fact I can shut the water down at the hose. Dogs don’t chew it! I can’t say any better things about it. I’m buying another one.

The hose has a smaller diameter that makes it easier to move around, but less water flows and it takes longer to water plants. The steel casing also makes my hands dirty. However, a very good product and I would recommend to other customers.

Great! We bought the 50 ft. version last year and really liked the way it handled. This year we purchased the 100 ft. for the back yard. They never tangle and are very light weight.

Great all purpose hose! It is lightweight but tough and easy to handle. I like the beefed up connection sites on each end which make on/off connections so much easier.

The hose diameter is to small and in the 100’ hose the water pressure is very bad. It is light weight and easy to move around. I returned my purchase.

We needed a less cumbersome garden hose to provide us with easier handling. The expensive thick rubber one we put aside was simply too heavy to roll out just to water a few flower pots.

I had another brand metal hose and loved it, my sister bought this one and so I ordered this one also as I needed one more hose for the house. So far so good.

I've spent so much money on hoses, until I found this one! It has lasted years, in Texas heat/cold, where as before, I was replacing hoses every year. The trick with this one, if you're using a nozzle, open it and release the water from the hose each time you use it, and it will easily collapse to store. This also prevents pressure on the valves, which weaken them over time. However, I have not had any problems with this hose. Also, the water that's left in the hose is very hot in the summer heat, so make sure to spray it out before you water.
